Vakantieparken in Hengchun

'Location is amazing: just across the street from the beach. Just down the road from shops and restaurants and night market. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping comes by every day with clean towels and free snacks and drinks. Breakfast-buffet is included and has a different selection every day (and many interesting vegetarian options). The buffet also serves dinner and there are two more restaurants on-site, but we enjoyed the night market and village restaurants so much, that we...

'Prachtig strand maar strandstoelen zijn slecht onderhouden'

'We had a great time there.'

'Nice rooms to entertain the children and convenient access to a nice beach, but everything is just in a horrible state, we had to switch rooms due to the shower leaking into the room and the carpets are just shades of grey. Unsure if it's dust or mold but probably both. The restaurant in the hotel itself was also not recommendable in any way, you'll be better off walking 10 minutes to get food outside.'

'The room is clean and breakfast is good. But the staff is not well trained. We are not welcomed when we walked in and no greetings to other people as well.'

'Sensational hotel, amazing staff. It is on a stunning location and is a beautiful building. We highly recommend this. To get to “5” (which I rarely give) it would need to rotate the menu once per week (it need only have two menus and alternate them weekly) and get the pool staff to give you water and bring the towels to you. They are trifling matters. If they really wanted to earn it they could put in 4 bar stools so that you didn’t have to sit at the same tables you had dinner last night and...

'Hotel personeel spreekt totaal geen Engels wat best veel moeilijkheden opleverde. Daarnaast serveren ze in het restaurant alleen chinees eten niks westers, er zijn ook alleen Chinese toeristen. Hotel en Zwembad ziet er gedateerd uit. Zwemmen kan alleen met een mutsje wat ons een reden gaf niet echt te gaan zwemmen. Spa is tegen betaling. '
