Southfork Cottage is conveniently located! Have plans to go to Biltmore? Want to spend a day at Chimney Rock State Park or the beach at Lake Lure? Looking to scout out some waterfalls? Want to shop in downtown Hendersonville? Excited to eat ice cream in Black Mountain? South Fork is a great little cottage to be your landing spot. It offers a comfortable stay in a very central location. This view has been described as "...fun, beautiful, peaceful, and stimulating all simultaneously!"

Offering two bedrooms and two baths. The upstairs bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds and a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a fabulous deck. The downstairs has an open bedroom, a private bathroom, and a laundry area. The lower level and lower level deck are both slightly lower than standard ceiling heights. This small cottage was built long ago, but a recent remodel has made it very modern and simplistic. It's a stylish little property that is perfect for up to four people. There's parking for one vehicle, and from the parking area, it is approximately a 50-foot walk to the home. A modern, stylish appeal and a nice upper deck with super cool views are the main draws to this property.

For All Seasons
This home can be enjoyed throughout the year with the area's temperate climate and beauty. Springtime brings the blooming of the dogwood and redbud trees as well as the azaleas, rhododendrons, and mountain laurels. Summer brings lush greenery, and the autumn colors are extraordinary. Winters are mild, and with less tree obstruction, the views are incredible. Add the year-round sounds of the Rocky Broad River, and you have peaceful perfection!
