There was plenty of stuff to do in the property. Great views, the only issue is when we arrived the freezer was dirty and the downstairs bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. Otherwise everything was great!

Everything about the actual residence was great. Getting to it on the other hand, wasn't. The Driveway/road up to the house really needs some work. A 2 wheel drive would have a very hard time getting there. As a couple of us did. Thats the only reason for the 3 stars

We really liked this house and would book again for longer trip with more time to enjoy amenities! Great setup for a group. Lots of space and fun throughout. Two tips for future bookings!Get there before dark and have 4x4 if remotely inclement weather. The driveway in is rough but we got 2 minivans and an SUV up there. Be prepared to pedal all the way down over the last incline!! Was intimidating to do it the first time, especially in the dark, so I’d recommend getting there when it’s still daylight. READ the detailed instructions on AC units, if not you’ll be warm until you do. They work, but you have to follow instructions precisely.

Perfect For Being at WNC Ag Center

We had a cattle show at the WNC Ag Center and with large crew needing accommodations, short term rental houses are always the way to go. We had 9 in our party and had plenty of room for everyone. 3 full baths with an excellent water heater meant no one had cold showers and could go one after the other. A hot tub was mentioned in the listing, we wouldn’t have had time to use it anyways, but there is no hot tub. Excellent kitchen with fully stocked appliances, pool table, corn hole (which we used), and plenty of other games which we didn’t use. We will definitely stay here again.

Plenty of Room

We really appreciated the amount of space in this home. It was very user friendly for our group of 9. The pool table and corn hole kept all entertained while not out enjoying the area. We would definitely recommend and use again if the need arose. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Home and area was great. Just a couple of things. Listing said hot tub And we were looking forward to it. Second very noisy in family room watching tv with people playing pool. Several doors wouldn't lock properly.

Family wedding weekend.

Arrived and found property occupied. Vacasa had overbooked. Received immediate refund to my CC and promised reimbursement for any additional hotel cost. It took almost 3 weeks but I received a check. I’m a forgiving person. People make mistakes, computers don’t. I’m satisfied with the way Vacasa handled the matter.

Loved it! But a few suggestions

The main level was very cozy and easy to hang out with everyone. The fireplace was very nice to have as well. In the kitchen, it would be nice to have more space for groceries that we brought, so they didn't have to sit on the counter top all week. Other than that, the kitchen was spacious, well-stocked, with a clean fridge, clean dishwasher, complimentary kuerig cups. Being there for a whole week, with seven people, we could have used another dishwasher pod. We had to go buy some to run the last load for the dishwasher. Bathrooms were large and clean. The main upstairs bathroom had a crack in the door, and the toilet clogged as soon as we arrived, but it righted itself the next day. The outside had plenty of space for my kids to play. We didn't utilize the deck much because it was cold, but it looked very neat and clean. The checking-out process was easy, and didn't require a long list of tasks to complete. The only thing i really didn't like was the driveway. We hade to travel very slowly because it was so torn up, then at the top ot turned really steep, so we had to hit the gas and try to avoid a huge pot hole. The staff was very responsive when we had any issues or questions. You should offer cancelations within a reasonable amount of time. We tried to cancel after the hurricane came through, and we were told that we could only get a credit toward another property, or change our dates. That's not always a possibility when you're traveling

Excellent home for your Asheville vacation

This home was perfect for our family gathering. It's spacious and has a well-stocked kitchen and generous bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony and gas fire pit. Location is just south of Asheville

Great Place

This is a great place for anyone requiring a large amount space. Although we did not have any children in our group, it looked as if it was well equipped to entertain kids and pets. All in all great time was had by all our group and was perfect for our needs.

Lovely spot

Overall, a lovely spot. Spacious, tidy, and quiet with many indoor activities available. Kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, pots/pans, dishes, etc. The deck is fabulous for morning coffee and observing wildlife in the forest ambiance. Convenient to many parks & attractions, restaurants & grocery stores. Dynasty Drive is a road in name only. Be prepared for a steep ascent/decent and go slow to avoid the multiple potholes and washouts.

Amazing location

Everything about this home was amazing even down to the doggy room! They had two options for fire pits whether you wanted to do a gas pit or actual wood for pit. Enough space for everyone and you could have multiple people inside and not feel like you’re crowded or in everyone’s space. Amenities are great and we were not far from downtown Asheville and super close to Sierra Nevada

Good time in a private mountain setting

Overall good time. Online listing was inaccurate (no gym or hot tub) and air conditioning was very temperamental and difficult to operate but the setting on the hill was great and fire pit and firewood were a great touch. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms were very luxurious. 12 beds were perfect for our 2 families! Recommend!

Great place for mixed group of friends

The downstairs area was perfect for friends and family to mingle. I really appreciate the place being pet friendly. Only negative was that there needed to be more towels in the kitchen, as one towel and no rags is not enough if you plan on cooking dinner for a larger group of people. Other than that, the house was great, and it was in a great location. The last road is kind of hard to find, and in pretty rough shape, but that’s not really related to the house.

Fun cabin

The perfect spot for our weekend golf trip with the boys. Plenty of games and entertainment for everyone to hangout and have fun. The beds were really comfortable and everything was clean. We plan to come back next year.
