Really was not as advertised. There were bugs,and no smoke detectors.

Not pleased with stay

Basement apartment. Steep steps, uneven handrails on one side. Kitchen eating was a wood slat not bolted to wall just screwed in wall. Had 2 stools. No dresser to store clothes only closet. No end or coffee table in living room. Bathroom door did not open all the way. No house numbers had to ask neighbors at 10PM. Had parking in driveway but they had cut down trees in driveway in a bundle had to walk arond every day. Bags of garbage on side of steps. I paid enough money for the week and didn’t expect these conditions. Personally the photos provided looked good but reality was horrible. I've stayed at other Vrbo's before and expected the same. Not satisfied at all. Also not sure how legal the place was???

No good

Hidden oasis… in the host’s basement. Floors were filthy and I did not want to remove my shoes. The bathroom door only opened less than halfway, which my husband had to squeeze through to get into the bathroom. The smell of damp mold and cat urine/litter box overwhelmed the room. Had a queen bed, And a blow up mattress. The kitchenette was cute and they did some nice things to accommodate (small coffee bar and some bottled water). It has some potential, but after 15 minutes of being there we decided not to spend the night due to the smell and dirty floors/walls.

Excellent value and location

The host family is a joy! They are very willing to accommodate guest requests. The rental is clean and a great value. Neighbors were friendly. The central location is convenient to many venues. I recommend it highly and would absolutely stay there again!!

Nice option for Hofstra families

We stayed due to proximity to Hofstra for orientation. Nice and communicative host. A good alternative to more expensive hotels for a prolonged stay.

Wonderful Trip!

The check in process was very easy. It was nice to have a garage space so we could load kids in and out of the car without them being cold! The inside looks just like the pictures online! It was very neat and clean. The beds were cozy. We enjoyed walking across the street to the Mexican restaurant. We skied in keystone and it was just a short 10 min drive. Played at the adventure park in Frisco! Would highly recommend staying here!
