'Great location and simple check-in. The property was very clean and comfortable, with all the bits you'd need to feel at home. The only issue was the kettle that had a terrible leak, and the coffe machine was loud and tricky to operate.'

'The property stole my clothes. After numerous complaints they were returned wet and dumped on the couch. Attempts to fix the washer so I could clean the clothes were not helpful at all. I’d be asked for my availability and always told that didn’t work could I wait in the middle of the day. The point of my vacation is not to wait around for a repair man. The agreed to a morning window and the person came 25 minutes late as we were leaving. Apparently he has no concept of traffic. Property...

'The stairs up to the apartment are a little challenging but dont let that scare you away. It has everything you need and more. So close to St Pancras you just fall out of bed to get a train or ride the tube. Part of a longer journey, the washing machine a treat. Lots of food prep items. But the best was the communication with the host. Best we've ever experienced. Quiet street but so close to everything.'
