'Location is excellent. However, standard of property is poor and in desperate need of some TLC and a deep clean. Examples are: Oven stinks of grease, mould in the shower, dirty skirting boards, paintwork scuffed and marked around table area and where bins have bashed into the walls, furniture heavily worn and stained, outside the bbq was unusable as totally rusted and the bench could do with a power wash and a repaint, the bathroom tap was too fierce shooting water everywhere which has...

'Lovely small cottage. Easy check in and check out. We were told on the day we could check in earlier than 5pm. Place was warm and comfortable. Good location and easy to find. Balloch nearby has some lovely food places. Firelogs were extra charge which was disappointing as usually is included as standard and you could only get it before 4.30 which is when we arrived so we didn't get to use this. Overall good stay.'

'The apartment was a perfect base for touring the Trossachs and the Highlands. The building is brand new, very clean, and comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating and made check-in process easy. It was a lovely home away from home for our holiday.'

'This stay was okay. Granted I am uncertain of the location but I had a few expectations that definitely were not met. However this could very well be, you get what you pay for. The unit could definitely accommodate a good amount of people and for the cost subpar bedding and towels could be expected. The unit was clean but not something I would choose again. 'Uncared for'

'The host was attentive, but the place was under renovation, and he didn’t tell us ahead of time. There were holes in the walls, the shelves were dirty and the whole air was dingy. We had to ask for a kettle and pots and pans. There was no sponge or fairy liquid or sponge to clean the plates. The cooker didn’t work; we had to wait until the night (11 pm) for it to work. It was not as advertised.'

'We stayed in the jungle room. The room was upstairs we thought it was joined to hot tub area a quick walk through the stunning house to private garden area was beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff could not do anymore to make our stay amazing. Make sure to bring cash for cocktails and honesty shop. Fire pit was lovely to sit at in the evening also.'
