'The host was welcoming and friendly that she led us to the chalet when we got lost. Everything was tidy and neat from bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room. The hob is easy to use and both the dishwasher and the washing machine were working well and clean. The heater and the boiler were functioning well which were important after experiencing bad weather outdoor. My family had a good time there, which was a good base to visit Scottish Highland and Isle of Skye.'

'Beautiful hotel on the ground floor, lots of space to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff. The hotel has a lot of charm. However, the room is very basic and misses any charm, the mattress is old and uncomfortable and outdated bathroom. Breakfast was also very basic.'

'The ambiance of the property was fabulous. It is an old building and was charming. The main bed was comfortable BUT the futon's were actually chairs that folded out and they were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. There was no staff available. It was all contactless. The bar was the same no people. If you didn't have cell phone to use the QR code you could not get a drink. The breakfast if you didn't pay for it in advance was not available as expected. I found the place charming but unwelcoming. However...

'First time staying at the hotel as I normally stay in Inverness when visiting on business. Only about 20-25 mins North of Inverness and easy to access. Friendly welcome from the reception and was taken to room by the staff. Room modern and looks to be recently revamped so it was spotless. Had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both times staff were friendly and food was good standard. Will use the hotel in future when in the area.'

'I am confused: Some things are good, Some things are bad. Bed bugs, i haven’t seen, bad vacuüm cleaning i have seen. Toilet reservoir took minutes to fill up again. Nice shower stuff, water hot/cold good, but Fungus on the kit edges is present. Also the rusted bathroom stuff i have seen: Why? Breakfast: problably a UK issue no cheese and/or ham present.'

'It is a little pricy, but there is nothing in the surrounding area, that explains the price. Excellent service, very very friendly staff.'

'It is a great view! Easy to park just over the road. Plenty of breakfast items and fruit provided. It was a bit cold when we arrived but once the heating was on we warmed up. Bed comfy, big telly.'

'These are great clean and convenient. Rooms and bathrooms are modern. Beds have good mattresses. Parking is easy and the restaurant is good everyday food. We drove around the entire country and booked 5 different Premier Inns. They were all consistently clean and good. Highly recommend'
