Vind je ideale hotel in Heho

'Hotel ligt bij de ingang van het dorp bij een brug waar alle (luidruchtige) boten naar het meer voorbij komen. Ook de kamers zijn erg gehorig. Eten goed maar onmogelijk om hier van te genieten op het terras omdat er zo veel vliegen zijn. Personeel is goedwillend maar geeft niet kloppende informatie. teleurstellend!'

'een plek om tot rust te komen, tenminste zo werkte dat bij mij. De iets duurdere kamers zijn echt beter en het geld waard(met/zonder kluisje en (nog)rustiger gelegen). De mensen die er werken zijn allemaal top, het internet vrij stabiel, de vlinders in de tuin te mooi en het ontbijt super. Iets buiten de stad maar net niet te ver. De cave tempel een aanrader.'

'We were granted an upgrade to the Provoost Suite upon arrival. That is a large, semi detached villa which is really beautiful and luxurious. Really enjoyed that. :-) The only minor remark is that the suite would be even nicer with a splash of colour. It was a little dull in regards to the colour choice. Some bright, colourful fabric and/or painting could do the trick. The pool seems a bit small in high season, I fear. Nevertheless a beautiful dark tiled pool with a nice view towards the lake. We...

'The overall experience was good and positive. The staff are happy and from a general stand point a positive one. The only issue I would point out is that I arranged for a day trip through the hotel to go to a very historic pagoda. The female staff member told the driver to go to a totally different location than I wanted. This happen once then I thought it would be corrected but she did it again and again I finally said enough and left. This was a small issue as I was able to find a substitute...
