« To start there was never a real person to talk to at the front desk. I had booked three rooms for 3 nights. My room had the electricity go out on one side of the wall and it took us three hours before we could get somebody to come and fix it. My son‘s room had water leaking and the bathroom was not working properly. My son asked for a plunger and never got one. My other son had issues with the shower. The water was so hot in the shower that whenever he took a shower, it would set off the fire...

« Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...
