'Worst staff and service, literally waited for 2 hrs to check in The reception is doesn't valid for this position to fulfill his job, He doesnot allocated the rooms on first serve first basis and also room were mold smell and no hot water. Requested to change room but it didn't happend.I have waited for the property manager call for three days it didn't happen.'

'Staff was friendly but even tho property was under renovation, rooms were grubby, linens not fresh. Breakfast has no butter (or peanut butter ) for toast, no plain creamer for coffee.'

'If you book through Expedia; be prepared for a $25 deposit when you arrive. The pool was amazing! Staff were ok. Coffee machine in the room did not work; not sure if it was the outlet or the machine itself. Room was a bit warm even though the ac was set at the coldest. Breakfast was very small(waffle machine; cereal; no coffee; yogurts & pastries).'

'When I first reserved this place for my wife and mother in law, it showed a 7+rating about 2 months ago. When they got there it was dirty, nasty, and unkept. I went to the app that I used to rent it and the rating was now a 4.2. How does a property drop in rating that much in 2 months. It has to be because of the place itself and the ownership/ management. I don’t recommend this place for anyone.'

'They need Better employment they didn’t want to do there job and throws a fit when told the room was dirty after they said it’s been cleaned the bathrooms were disgusting the sheets were stained pillows were molded water came out the faucet black'

'There was no hand wash, body wash, shampoo or conditioner. Shower didn't work either. Called the reception, went downstairs and all they said was to wait for a few minutes. It took them 45min to give a shampoo bottle. Horrible experience.'
