'The we have no complaints with our room it was very clean. We had a balcony with views of the ocean right in front. We were able to sit and watch the sunset while we ate our dinner. Beautiful!!
The staff was also great. Very nice and friendly. 10/10 and would definitely stay here again next time.'

'We love staying at the Lincoln Sands when we visit Lincoln city! Right on the beach with beautiful views! The nearby tide pools are a favorite as well. The staff are extremely friendly. 'You’re paying for the view. Three Arch Inn is situated in an amazing location in the cute little town of Oceanside. The views from the windows are top tier, it was beautiful and within steps from the ocean and beach. The property itself could use a little pick me up. We had the king room and it was bit dusty and felt dirty, there were stains on the couch and it had a hint of a musty odor in the room. 'Great location, wonderful customer service, very clean but the entire hotel needs some small updates (paint, wall dents from luggage, etc. The bed is usually comfortable but wasn’t this time.
