  • "NIEUW OP DE MARKT" Vakantiewoningen, Leef het strandleven in dit luxe "BEACHFRONT" vakantiehuis nu beschikbaar, Ideaal voor u en een grote groep met voldoende ruimte om maximaal 15 personen te huisvesten naast de prachtige stranden van Hawaï. Dit huis is nieuw ingericht en professioneel ingericht in zijn geheel. Een mooie woonkamer beneden en een eigen hoofddek boven beide met uitzicht op de oceaan en 4 slaapkamers verspreid over 2800 sqft.
    Er zijn vier slaapkamers. De eerste slaapkamer op de begane grond heeft een queensize bed. In de hoofdfamilie is er een Murphy-bedkast die een queensize bed is. Boven in de tweede slaapkamer is er een kingsize bed. In de derde slaapkamer noemen we onze "stapelbed kamer" Het heeft een queen size bed. Een full-size bed en twee aparte bedden. In de master is er een kingsize bed en een uitklapbare slaapbank op ware grootte.
    De achtertuin is verbonden met een zeer groot 220 voet afgelegen deel van een park dat direct naar het strand leidt. Het strand is over het algemeen rustig en perfect om te zwemmen en snorkelen. Je kunt over het strand lopen om fantastische surfgolven te vinden. Je hebt de perfecte hoeveelheid ruimte om binnen en buiten van elkaars gezelschap te genieten. Geniet van AC, kabel-tv en wifi in dit prachtige huis.
    Uw minuten van het Polynesische culturele centrum, BYU Hawaii en de Mormon-tempel. Een korte rit naar het beroemde "Sunset Beach". Perfect gelegen aan de noordkust van Oahu. Op loopafstand van supermarkt en een paar restaurants. Meer winkels en restaurants anderhalve kilometer verderop.

    Je vindt een pack en speelt voor je kleintje in het huis samen met boogieboards, strandstoelen, parasols, snorkelspullen, strandspeelgoed en een wagen om het allemaal naar het strand te brengen.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The home itself was beautiful, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location truly can’t be beat—just steps from a quiet, gorgeous beach and perfectly situated in Laie, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area.Communication with the host was a little challenging in the months leading up to our stay, but everything came together smoothly, and we had a fantastic experience overall. We would happily stay here again.

Our stay at this property was excellent. Started out with two little hiccups but Sarah and John were on top of things. God is going. Everything went great. They were very good at communicating with us and just got right on the ball and everything went great. After that would stay here again. Great place. Great spot! We really enjoyed out stay. Place is right on a the beach and great location to many things North Shore. There has been significant updates to the property so I would recommend double checking with the host to get directions and updated check in info as we were a bit confused exactly where to park as the building must have been painted and no longer had a garage due to the updates. We had a great time and we would come back again.

Nice relaxing location

This was a great place for our family of 13. Nicely located to be able to access lots of different things to do, yet come back and have a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach.

The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly how it was depicted. The amenities and supplies were excellent and even beyond what we expected. Both the owner and the local property manager were very accessible and responsive. The amazing sunrises were an added bonus! We would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable stay

The house is very well equipped with everything you might need! The beds are comfortable. We loved being able to walk down to the beach right from the back door. The location was great to get to all the great north shore beaches.

Family Vacation

This is a perfect property for a large family. We had 14 of us and we all fit perfectly. Everything was very easy and the host/owner was available and very helpful when we needed extra blankets and sheets. I would totally stay here again!

Family hawaiian vacation

The house was beautiful and big for 5 adults and 3 teenagers. Right by the beach and park. It was very clean. It is in an ok neighborhood but close to major attractions. We had an amazing time and very glad we rented this home.

Laie oceanfront property

It was a lovely place to stay and we were very comfortable in the setting. An elderly parent was able to maneuver comfortably in the entire home. There is an attached home with other tenants but we found them to be quite and respectful.

Wonderful location on north shore

We had a wonderful time. The home was right on the beach , a beautiful beach. No reason to find another one to hag out on. close to all of our activities. We all loved it. We so sad when our vacation was over.

Perfect for our family

This property was perfect for our family. Location is great. It is fully stocked. It’s just perfect. We would definitely stay here again when we return. It is also very roomy and had plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable at all time. I highly recommend! And the owner was fast to respond if we needed him.

The property was really beautiful and it was so convenient to have the beach literally in your backyard. We had a family of 12 and the house had more than enough beds for us. Property had all the amenities and having 2 washers and dryers was awesome especially with a big family.

A great house for a Hawaiian country family vacation

A perfect location for a group looking for a spectacular beachfront property near the Northshore and away from the hustle of Honolulu. Booking, check-in/out, and communication with the property management was very smooth. The construction on the attached house next door posed no challenges and many of us forgot that was even a potential issue. This met our needs perfectly. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

Perfect home for 12!

My wife and I were just married 11/24/23 and this was our first trip as 1 big family. Combined we had 4 daughters, 1 son, 1 son in law, 3 grandsons and 1 possible daughter in law. The home was big enough for us all comfortably. The beach was amazing. It’s not a private beach but it might as well have been!!! Truly a perfect trip.

Family Vacation

Everything we expected and more. First time to Hawaii and we picked the right spot! Right in the middle of everything. Great home home on the uncrowded beach and literally 10 minutes from everything you want to do and more than you can in a week. Home has everything you need and is well maintained . Our family of 9 had extra room with unused beds. If you get a chance you should stay in this place! We can't wait to come back.

Great Location, Away from Everything

This location was awesome. Beautiful beaches, A Large house with room for everyone. The only issue I had with this rental is the owner did not disclose they were deconstruction the attached home. There were several mornings when they were doing construction(removing the roof) at 6 am. I am not sure I would have been as willing to stay at this location if I would have known.

Amazing House with Beach Access

The homeowner was very responsive and accommodating. Joseph gave us all of the details in a binder at the house and recommendations for grocery stores and nearby hot spots. The house was amazing from top to bottom. From the kitchen to back porch, to all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Two sets of washers and dryers was an amazing addition to, along with all of the beach snorkels, chairs, and towels provided. Overall, we loved our stay at the house and we will definitely be back. I recommend this house to anyone planning their stay on the island!

Perfect Perfect Perfect

Our family enjoyed our stay beyond expectations! It was my granddaughters’ high school graduation and family came from as far as the New England. The house was fully equipped with everything needed for the my large family. Everyone had comfortable sleeping accommodations. The children ranged in ages from 2 to 18 and all of them were happy with the space and free to just “Be”. I’d recommend this vacation home to anyone and would return myself. The beachfront location was the best part of the home. The owner was nice and responsive. However, the living area did not have a strong A/C unit. It was stuffy and uncomfortable with family gatherings. The kitchen does not have a vent so cooking foods made the home smoky and smelly. The bathrooms could use updating. Finding the home was not straight forward.

Once in a lifetime

This property was as described! The house is lovely (the stock of beach toys was great as well as room for family dining, it has TVs but none of us ever turned one on!), the beach is so close (you can see it and hear from the house), the view is glorious (extra pretty from the upstairs balcony), the information left in a handy book on the counter by the owner was great! Our family is actually 4 units now from 3 different regions and we had an awesome time together. We were blessed by Covid restrictions having been lifted by the time we were there, but between the house and the beach I think we would have had a great time, regardless!
