'Dysfunctional hotel in a beautiful setting. I booked a two night stay at hotel Montfort based on the pictures of an exceptionally talented photographer/Photoshop expert. A few moments after reserving a family room, I received a call from the receptionist telling me there was an issue with the rooms and if we would be ok with a regular 2-person room. 'The room was clean, the beds super comfy and rooms are sound proof which is great! Food in the restaurant and the lounge were really good also. The spa opened till midnight is great for unwinding in the evening. '

'We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. '

'Best location in Zakopane if you are there for nature and hikes rather than souvenir bonanza and get-me-the-smoked-cheese crowd control in Zakopane center. The hotel is less than 3 years old, very fresh and with super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is gourmet level but be aware only open Thursday-Sunday (both dinner and lunch). '

'Hotel Lomnica is the absolutely top choice in High Tatras. Every single team member we met was, without fault, friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented. The state of the property is impeccable, and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Both cafe and restaurant offer exquisite fare (the price point is a bit higher but most definitely worth it). The room looked at the mountains, was spacious, and even featured a bath. Will most definitely come back!'

'Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark.'
