'Very clean & convenient. We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. Dave was extremely responsive when I had special requests and it is a very safe area. The front bedroom is close to the street so on the weekdays there is some traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help with that. '

'This is an attractive and very comfortable apartment in a great location on the Main Line. It's convenient to local colleges, restaurants, and shops, and an easy trip to center city Philadelphia. The facilities are excellent and include a well-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. Highly recommended'

'The place was beautiful, great location. The only problem I had was the parking. I never saw a #2 or #4 parking spot. Just 2 spots behind the building which were numbered slot #1,#3. I was assigned #1 and so was the other person renting. People will park on the spots leaving me parking blocks away. Also there’s no iron and ironing board. O missed my first dinner date @ arrival bc I couldn’t iron my clothes. I had to go buy an iron and iron on the bed. Not too good for someone with back issues. I...
