This Quintessential Cape Cod Cottage comes with central A/C (new for 2023!) and just a mile to Harwich Port with many great shops and restaurants to choose from. Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter the home into the living/game room area with a TV, sofa, game table, and slider access to the back deck. The deck has an outdoor dining table and gas grill, perfect for a sunset BBQ after a day at the beach. There is even a fully enclosed outdoor shower with both hot & cold water.

To the right of the entry is the fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, which opens up to the dining area with seating for 6 and a second living area with plenty of seating, a flat screen TV, and central A/C to keep you cool - just upgraded for 2023!. The home also has WIFI to keep you connected and a washer and dryer in the basement.

The Master Bedroom is located just off of the dining area offering a Queen Bed , Tv and full en-suite bath with a shower and "mini-tub" (raised basin). Great for small children to clean off after a day of Cape Cod fun! The other two bedrooms are just off of the living area; Bedroom 2 with 2 Twin Beds and Bedroom 3 also with 2 Twin Beds. Between these two bedrooms in the hall is a full bath.

Spend lazy days here on the Cape. Whether you are strolling down to the beach, having fun in the sun or grabbing a bite to eat in the Port, you will surely have a relaxing vacation at this quintessential cottage in Harwich.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
