'We had the Thelma room and it had en excellent bed, shower and airco. If you have people upstairs you might hear it as there is a staircase next to the room and a room above. Staff is excellent as well and Tim and the young lady were especially helpful. The valet guy was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff we met. Breakfast is limited in choice but very good in quality.'

'I love the place, except they didn’t decorate for Halloween!'

'The staff and breakfast'

'The hotel is in central Houston and close to downtown and the convention center. This hotel is clearly designed for business travel, and I appreciated the convenience, the service, the friendliness, and the great communication with the staff. Would definitely consider staying here again. The rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed, and the lobby was fun as well.'

'Staff is very rude'
