One of our absolute favourite things about this apartment is its location, you are right by Hartlepool marina and there is a patio door from the apartment that leads out onto marina views. We hope you'll enjoy this too.

The apartment features two double beds ideal for a good night's rest, with built-in wardrobes, there is enough storage for longer term stays.

There is one family bathroom. This features a bathtub so for guests who like to relax after their days. There is also a basin and wc. There is a shower over the bath if you're wanting the speedier option.

Our kitchen is equipped for guests who would like to do some cooking while you stay (though it's not compulsory and there are great restaurants nearby!), with a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and other amenities There is a washer-dryer in the kitchen should you need to do some washing.

Socialise around the dining table, it is great for unwinding with friends or family over a meal.

The spacious lounge has a sofa and a Smart TV so you don't have to miss out on your streaming channels during your stay.

For guests traveling by car, we have one allocated parking space just outside of the building. If there is more than one car, there is a car park over the road with more parking and that is free.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full apartment.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
