'Fijn hotel. Enige minpuntje vonden we dat er te weinig parkeerplaatsen waren en we moesten zoeken naar een ontbijttafel. Het was erg druk.'

'Don’t care'

'We had a great experience staying at the Best Western Plus Rapid City Rushmore during our visit to Mount Rushmore and the Black Hills. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a convenient way to start our busy sightseeing days. The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, Custer State...

'Great price!'

'Room was clean, the staff was very nice and I loved the food from sliders! This is our go to hotel.'

'Check-in was efficient with friendly, helpful staff. The staff gave us all of the pertinent information to our stay upon check-in. There was a Manager Happy Hour during our stay. There is a restaurant within walking distance with excellent food options. There is a kid-friendly menu too. Our room was clean and well-maintained. Towels were clean and neatly folded. Beds were comfortable and pillows were good as well. The pool was clean. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub. While the pool area...

'Brian who managed the breakfast area was fantastic. He kept the food well stocked and was very pleasant. We booked thru Expedia for 9 nights. We traveled for my mother's passing. We asked when we checked in about shortening our stay not knowing how soon we could make funeral arrangements. We were told we would have to contact Expedia for any refunds but to please notify the hotel within 24 hrs of checking out early so they could re rent the room. I contacted Expedia who then had to contact...

'It was a great stay. We weren’t able to check in right away, the front desk staff gave us a discount and vouchers for the restaurant. Very kind and considerate. We will be back.'

'Very clean, helpful workers. I recommend it..'

'Very helpful'

'Booked 2 Queen bed, accessible room. Received confirmation, but was told only a King bed, accessible was available. Had no choice but to accept room which meant has to share bed with mother who had just been discharged from physical rehab hospital. Was not offered discount for inconvenience. Employees were very nice, though. Room needed vacuuming and there was a white sticky substance (candy?) That hadn't been cleaned off small standing table, chair and footrest. Good breakfast buffet.'

'Stayed for two nights with partner. Room and hotel were both clean. Breakfast options were good. Great room for the price. Recommend.'
