'This was like the Bollywood knock off versions of a La Quinta Inn. I had no idea that Wyndham had bought La Quinta. I should’ve known if it’s a Wyndham property it will be rundown, half fixed, dirty, and gross. They were supposedly doing renovations, but the renovations that I saw were like handyman going wrong. Where should I start? The elevator wasn’t working, the first trim we get into smell like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but it was on the third floor, which was annoying...

'I want to complain about the reception megastar your attention. I reserve acid for my family and Callao for the children. I called the police because my children were being normal children. I imagine she doesn't have children and she sent me out of the hotel. Terrible service, attention did not make me any return. But I, in respect of what is needed there, they put me in the non-smoking room and the whole hallway was smell. But I don't recommend going there at all. Very bad service to the...

'Lobby area and some accessories seems a bit tired. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Hallways needed vacuumed. Overall a good stay for the price!'

'The room amd bathroom were very clean. The customer service was excellent. Turns out our fridge had been unplugged but maintenance quickly and promptly accessed that and corrected however the fridge didn't get cool enough to trust in the one night we were there so we had to rely on our cooler and ice. Beds were a little too hard and seemed older compared to the cosmetics updates of the room. But we'd definitely stay here again.'

'Everything was wonderful except the shower. The water pressure to bathe was no more than a trickle of water coming out of the shower handle. I loved the coffee machine that dispensed freshly ground coffee beans into a delicious cup of Joe. The breakfast was healthy, however, the server said the truck didn't make a delivery so no yogurt, no potatoes, no fresh milk. Turkey sausage was all there was and a few scrambled eggs. Not impressed with the food.'

'Everything was beautifully set, my kids and family love it here especially the staff, the only thing that borders me was I have to come down to get towels at the front desk no house keeping after hours.'

'We booked this hotel specifically because it had an indooor pool for our kids. The pool closed and the only reason i was given was they were “out of towels”. This made no sense and then when i ask again and suggested i could just use my own…. I was told it would be ready and open in about 30 mins bc housekeeping needed to clean up around it?? I could see inside and it was not messy. Just weird why it was closed and no one could give me a straight answer.'
