Check-in time was delayed for hours. when returned, room was still not ready so was allocated another. It had a worn-out bathroom. Free WiFi isn't free, it's "The Cloud" and I couldn't log-in to it anyway, so had no WiFi for 3 days. Had a problem with the Credit card payment not registering in their machine when checking-in, & upon returning home find 4 billing entries on my credit card statement instead of one???
