The upstairs is a completely separate private residence occupied by the owner. It has its own private entrance and no shared indoor living spaces, ensuring privacy for both guests and host.

The home features spacious bedrooms, an open-concept living area, a huge gourmet kitchen, a bright sunroom dining area, and an additional flexible space that can be used as a game room, study, dining area, or extra sleeping space.
