On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen connects to a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable sofa with chaise longue, Smart TV and fibre Wi-Fi. From here you can access the cosy 15m² terrace, the ideal place to relax and share unforgettable moments with family or friends.

On the second floor, designed for privacy and comfort, is the spacious master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and large windows that flood the space with light and offer splendid views of the Valle Chico wildlife reserve. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower.
The property is close to La Cantería beach, ideal for surfing, and the magical Caletón Blanco beach, accessible by a beautiful path of lava and tabaibas along the coast.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, hot water boiler, microwave with grill, toaster, kettle, juicer and coffee maker, as well as the essential utensils for a comfortable stay. There is also a hairdryer and iron, iron and ironing board, towels and sheets.

For families with babies, a cot and highchair are provided at no extra cost for the first baby, ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay.
