Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The receptionist was friendly and responded to communication. No issues with the staff.
However we had booked 3 rooms for our large family and stayed for 5 nights in what we had believed to be a very nice apartment style hotel.
This is nothing like the pictures.
The couches are covered in many visible stains, the dishes (which are very minimal like 1 mug, 2 plates etc) were put away with old food on them. There was still garbage in our garbages left from the last guest.
The floor were visibly dusty with debris and had not been cleaned properly.
Further the walls are PAPER THIN. We listened to our neighbours use the washroom multiple times per day. We could hear every word of every conversation they had as if we were standing directly beside them.
One of our rooms did not have a deadbolt, and two of our rooms had wires hanging and no light
We had also not known that cars cannot come to the front of this location due to the very narrow streets and we were dropped off at a main road and needed to walk approx 3-4 minutes with all of our luggage. This is not a huge deal - however we were nog prepared and arrived around 11pm in the dark with many bags and elderly family member which made this walk when we were not familiar with the area difficult.
We did enjoy the location, and a delicious wood fired pizza place just a minute away.
However we’re really disappointed with this space and feel it was significantly falsely advertised and would not want to stay here again.
