'This hotel thought of every little convenience to make our stay so pleasurable'

'1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....

'I spent two nights there, for work. The building is kind of new (I guess), but not properly taken care of. Dirty bathroom (dust, paint flakes, tooth paste (!)), dusty bedroom, broken appliances (airco control panel loose from the wall, tap loose from the sink). I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned again, but only the top of the sink was done, not the (huge) shelf under the mirro or the rest. Great potential, but it seems that nobody really cares. Walls obviously painted again without...

'I really liked the hotel, the rooms are huge and very nice, the hotel is very clean and generally very pleasant. The breakfast is pretty good. There's also plenty of parking, though can get a bit tough when it's busiest. My only problem with the hotel (though minor) is that there are only 2 small elevators that is not sufficient for the amount of guests that the hotel is designed for. I highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay there.'
