  • THE WAI'OLI a spacious beach home with AC in the bedrooms is part of a duplex. A short stroll from the beach, granite counters, travertine floors, Hawaiian style furnishings, standard appliances, free off-street parking, Weber BBQ & outdoor shower in your private back yard await you. Relaxing and family-friendly floor plan, convenient to most the North Shore beaches (Standard & Maximum Occupancy is 4).

    A two-minute stroll will bring you to Wai'oli Beach Park in the center of Hanalei Bay. A few blocks away lies the Hanalei town center with eclectic shops, beach toy rentals (masks, boards, kayaks and bicycles), market, fish store and excellent restaurants.

    It's all in the neighborhood, and Hanalei is a great neighborhood with a fabulous bay, beautiful mountains, waterfalls and rainbows. These are the best rates in Hanalei for this quality and proximity to the bay.

    With all the Hanalei has to offer, well maintained calming space so close to the bay & Hanalei town, this is a fabulous value for a larger group & multi-generational families.

    There are 2 bedrooms, one king, 2 twins, and 2 full baths. A hot and cold outside shower for after the beach is a wonderful plus.

    Please be aware that when you book this house or any accommodations by the ocean in Hawaii, not on a bluff, you are booking in a tsunami evacuation zone. Evacuation instructions will be in the house and notice of the tsunami evacuation zone will be part of your contract. Also, please know that we cannot accommodate charging of electric vehicles at this property.

Just as described in the listing. Loved being just a short walk to the beach and the shops. Place has everything you could need, including AC in the bedrooms which was helpful in April.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The check in process was clear and effective. The house was great for a family of 4 adults. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The weather was mild and we did not have to use AC much. We like that this house is about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from Hanalei town. Access to the beach was easy. We highly recommend this home and had a great stay there!

Overall a great stay. Location is excellent. The carpet in the front room could use a deep clean or be replaced, smells like animal pee. The shower head in the master bath is pretty worn down to the point we just used the front bathroom. The dryer also didn’t work but thankfully we air dried our towels.

This house was perfect for me and my husband! We had the best time. It was a short drive to all of the shops, restaurants, and the beach. Very clean, AC units in the bedrooms, and a washer/dryer. We would stay here again!

Fabulous location!

We absolutely loved our stay. The views while doing dishes, the well stocked kitchen, space, nearness to the beach, and we loved Hanalei!

House was perfectly stocked for us! All of the updates folks requested in the comments have been done! We found the house to be in a great location. Five mins from the beach and five to ten mins from town on foot! Very spacious and a cozy week long stay for our family of three! Thank you for having us!

This is a lovely duplex, well appointed and a great location. Having A/C in the bedrooms was perfect for sleeping. I found the furnishings quite nice and the kitchen was fabulous!I hope to return again in the near future.Thank you.

Wonderful Stay in Hanalei

We had a wonderful time in Hanalei! The home is just around the corner from the beach (<5min walk) and was a wonderful retreat to eat, sleep, and relax when not at the beach. We would absolutely stay here again during our next trip to this magical place!

Wonderful space and close to everything

The Wai’oli was steps to the beach and a quick walk (or even quicker drive) into central Hanalei. Everything was as advertised and the views from the kitchen window / front of the house were spectacular.

Very nice getaway

The property is in a great location, within walking distance of the "downtown" Hanalei as well as the beach. The unit was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Hanalei.

Great house. Location is perfect - close to beach and town. Nice kitchen to cook in and comfortable rooms. Back yard was nice to shower off after the beach and clean gear. Would def stay here again.
