Coastal Breeze Cottage - Tiny Home at Hampton Beach

Welcome to Coastal Breeze tiny home. Centrally located in downtown Hampton Beach! Only 2 blocks from the ocean. Right near the main boardwalk with great shops, beaches, parks, restaurants and some great entertainment. Come relax in your private cottage.



The Space:

This beautiful tiny home comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen-size bed in the loft and a full-size pull-out couch in the living area, plus 1 bathroom. Please note the details below about the stairs and the loft.



- The staircase is steep and 23 inches wide between the railing

- From the floor to ceiling in the loft it’s 41 inches

- From the top of the bed to the ceiling in the loft is 29 inches

🛏 Linens & Towels

• Full sheet set and comforter for every bed

• 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest

• 1 beach towel per guest

• 3 hand towels



🍳 Kitchen

• Essential cookware, bakeware, and utensils for preparing your favorite meals

• Drip coffee maker with filters — medium-roast ground coffee provided



🏖 Beach Gear

• Beach towel for each guest

• Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach wagon

• Sand toys for the little ones



🧳 PLEASE PLAN TO BRING

• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

• Coffee creamer and sugar

• Groceries — food and pantry items are not supplied



📺 TVs are Smart TVs — no cable is provided. Please sign into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube TV, etc.) to watch, and remember to sign out before you check out.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire tiny home in a private setting with no other guests.



The Neighborhood:

Coastal Breeze tiny home is located on the south side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. We are less than 300 feet from the Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer.



Getting Around:

Coastal Breeze tiny home offers parking for 1 car in your own private parking lot. You can walk from the rental to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more. If you have additional vehicles you will need to find alternative parking. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or you can utilize the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking.



Other Things to Note:

Parking at the property is limited, and we ask all guests to adhere to the following guidelines:



Each tiny home is allocated one parking space only.

The main house is allocated two parking spaces only.

Parking spaces are not assigned; however, guests with larger vehicles should use the two spaces closest to the main house whenever possible.



If your vehicle cannot be accommodated within the available parking areas, you will need to arrange alternative parking at your own expense. We are unable to coordinate or cover the cost of off-site parking.



Several paid parking lots are available along the boardwalk, and a complimentary park-and-ride lot is located approximately 6–8 minutes drive from the property.



We do not offer refunds, credits, or date changes due to inclement weather, storms, hurricanes, tropical systems, excessive heat or cold, poor beach conditions, beach closures, water quality advisories, red flag warnings, or any other weather- or government-related conditions that may impact your stay or the use of local attractions. These circumstances are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.



We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event your trip is affected by unforeseen weather or other covered circumstances.
