Plus jamais...
La situation géographique est correct. L’accueil aussi sans plus. Toutefois les lieux sont très très sale. En sortant de la douche j’ai fait 3 pas et j’avais déjà les pieds sales. Pas vraiment d’accessoires de cuisine pour une cuisinette. J’avais aussi pris une chambre avec vue partielle sur la mer sauf que j’ai eu la vue sur l’escalier. Nous étions 4 et seulement 2 chaises pour les repas. Bref c’était la première et la dernière fois.

Nous avions la suite familliale avec cuisine et dans la chambre il n'y avait aucune table pour manger . Personne est venu faire le service au chambre en 4 jours .Nous avions deux poêlon un couvert de chaudron avec une plaque a biscuit pour la cuisson sans mitaine a fou . C'était correct l'an dernier mais très décevant cette année !

À ne pas manquer !
Le personnel était très gentil, chambre très propre et bien équipée d'un grand réfrigérateur, de vaisselle, d'un four et d'un micro ondes, une table et une télévision intelligente. Stationnement disponible même la journée du départ. L'hôtel est pres de la plage, mais à 10-15 minutes de marche des restaurants et boutiques principales.

Très chaleureux !
Belle petite place le personnel est très sympathique et se soucis de notre bien être . Si nous retournons un jour a Hampton Beach je retournerai a cet endroit .

Bien localiser près de la plage.
Vieillot et désuet. Chambre très petite avec peu de rangement. Armoire malpropre. pas assez d'ustensiles. Meubles égratignés et brisés.

It has a great view of the ocean and it was clean. I thought the kitchen should be updated as far as oven and stove. Nor too many utensils or cookware. But it was quaint and staff very friendly.

I had to scramble to find a place to stay, and this was the best option for me. Turned out to be very pleasant. Don’t let the parking situation rattle you. They have spots in the lot across the street free of charge for guests. I like that there was a shared balcony out front. Coffee and the ocean. So relaxing. It was clean and comfortable. That’s all I needed and I was happy.

Was not what i expected. Was to much money for what you got. Room was big enough but bathroom door did not shut all the way. Parking was not good, had to climb over guardrails or walk all the way around them every time you came back to room. Out door furniture in room for a table to eat at. Wouldnt mind if it was cheap, cause your suppose to get what ya pay for. Not the case .

We were not aware of the door not shutting. Being anonymous does not help as you did not tell us while you were here. The state parking lot is a difficulty yes but out of our control. Our pricing is mid-range. If you had stayed at one of our neighbors, you would have gotten the same sort of room for 100 more a night.

They were the nicest people ever! Salt of the earth. The owner was born the same year as my deceased husband and fought in the Vietnam War. I only let my kids drive my car, but I hate to back up. I let Christine back up my car. She threw her arms around me. Boston accent. She skied at Killington where my son skis. Yes we will be back but on the 2nd floor not ground level! Love you guys!

Stayed here last minute and what a gem. Close enough to walk to the action at Hampton Beach but far enough away to have a peaceful stay. Thw staff is top notch. Steve the manager was great!

This property was extremely clean, the staff very nice. Close to the boardwalk. I also left an expensive sweatshirt in the room upon checking out and called the next day. The staff was very nice and did find my sweatshirt and held onto it for me until I could drive up to get it.

The location was great. Just cross the street and you are on the beach. We like that there's a kitchenette, fridge and microwave. Wifi was decent and we were able to stream movies. The room was very old. Looks like a 60's style and not in a good way. The queen size bed has a bad box spring on one side, making the mattress sag really bad on one side. The closet consists of a wooden stick supported by two brackets and some wire hangers. The owners seem to cheap out on the box spring which is not a good thing to cheap out on. Also, the "closet" could have been made better by either buying an armoire, or putting two pieces of wood on either side.

Room dirty - stovetop had old food stuck, bathroom ceiling falling down over shower with very visible mold. Location of hotel and room close to “waterfront” extremely noisy from main road traffic. If u overlook all that the outside chairs on what they call balcony almost fell apart when seating and u get to watch traffic and the other building directly in front of you despite this being a water view. Worst experience ever and they need to be cited by state.

My wife and I stayed at breakers for a much-needed vacay, this little cute motel with a great staff was perfect. Pretty quiet being towards the end of Ocean Av. which we liked. Rooms were clean, very comfy bed and a great view of the ocean, exterior can use some loving, otherwise a very nice stay.

Being directly across the street from the beach was perfect for an overnight trip I recently had with my sister. Parking was included so we didn't need to worry. The owners and people who worked there were super friendly, offered food suggestions that were great, and made the experience worth the drive site unseen. Loved that it had a fridge, stove and microwave, also small coffee maker.

The room was in the corner with no ocean view It was an efficiency..The room was clean and comfortable but we had no sink in bathroom had to do all washing in kitchen sink no closet to hang anything The Best part right across was the beach …

Thank you for staying with us. You had one of our older rooms that has not been renovated (that's why the lower price.) Please come back and see one of our ocean side rooms, or if just two of you, try a king bed with a private balcony.

First I want to say that the staff was fantastic, and everything was clean, but the property has seen better days. One of the two bed frames felt about ready to collapse, the beds were uncomfortable, and of most concern was the black mold in the shower. Booked as "ocean view", and technically it was: you could *see* the ocean from the sliding door (that was the only real window) if you stood just right. It wasn't a bad stay as such, but it also wasn't fantastic. Paying $300/night we were really hoping for fantastic. Would've been a decent value for half that, maybe.

We have a plumber coming to take care of an issue that you noted. We also tightened up the bed frame as we don't know about those until someone says something. As far as the view is concerned, you had a great view of the water from you room and the pictures we have on-line prove this. Also our pricing is mid-range, so you could have paid a lot more elsewhere and gotten less. You wouldn't want to stay at a beach motel for half of what you paid.

Most of the rooms have been renovated, just not the one you were in. Please try us again and ask for one of the ocean side rooms. Also, some people are still COVID cautious, so there is not any in-room housekeeping. The housekeepers do come by to check on every room every day. You were also welcome to ask for what you needed at the desk.

First, let me say the staff was great! As for the room, well that all falls on the owner. You walk in to room 17 and see a 4’x4’ square patch on the ceiling that has actually pulled away from the ceiling hanging down. On the left you see what I assume was a sheetrocked over door that is unfinished. That’s the view from the door in lol. The bathroom had a toilet with hard water stains in the bowl, drop ceiling tiles over shower had leak stains with rust stains on shower floor directly below. Paint and a ceiling tile are easy cheap fixes and these were not fresh issues so this just shows an owner who doesn’t care. We had two nights and only used the room to sleep. $290 a night after taxes, there are better places.

Yes we could not fix patch on the ceiling that someone pulled down until the room free (today). We also just closed off the door to the next room as we are creating another motel room. It did not look at all bad, just needed painting. We do care as you can well tell from the other reviews.

Perfect spot to get on the beach and not be in the middle of tons of people. Staff was very courteous. Had just what I needed to stay in one location.
