The beach in the backyard is perfect for kids. After a long relaxing day at the beach you can fire up the BBQ right on the back deck while watching the boats pass by. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the back deck, the kitchen and the living room couch.

If you don’t feel like cooking, there are many amazing waterfront restaurants nearby. You can take a quick walk to the restaurant or shuttle boat ride to restaurant and dining. No worries about having a drink and getting home. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance.

The ocean beaches are just 8 minutes away, at the ocean their are lifeguards, a newly renovated pavilion with restrooms, concession stand for food, and outdoor showers.

Also, not far from the house is the center of town for all your shopping needs: grocery store, farmers market, bagel/deli for breakfast/lunch, Starbucks, 7-11, rite-aide, pizzaria, nail salon, hair salon and more.

Don’t forget to visit the beautiful village of Southampton- take a stroll down Main Street for some shopping and grab a bite to eat at one of many restaurants that offer outdoor sidewalk seating. You can also rent a bike and take a bike ride around town or to the beaches for the day.
