The Space:

The former commercial unit is located in Hamburg Rotherbaum and has been converted into a charming 1-bedroom apartment. The 30 m² studio apartment is located in the basement and offers enough space for five people. The apartment has a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a cozy living area. This is equipped with a flat screen TV and comfortable sofa elements, which can be converted into single beds.

The Neighborhood:

The upscale district of Rotherbaum is surrounded by the Außenalster lake and is characterized by Tudor-style villas and mansions from the pre-war period. The Alsterpark offers spacious meadows on the shore, inviting for picnics and boat watching.The subway station Hallerstraße is just a 7-minute walk away. You can reach Hamburg's city center in just 15 minutes.



Getting Around:

Underground station Hallerstraße with access to underground line U1 is just a 3 minute walk to the apartment.



U1 operates to the city center and Hamburg main station.

After successfully providing the required data (filling out and signing the registration form and uploading your ID or passport), you will receive access to your guest area with information about your stay with us.
