'Lieve mensen, maar simpel verblijf, maar daar is naar Amerikaanse begrippen de prijs ook naar. Behoeft duidelijk een upgrade!!'

'Very nice'

'Nice and clean rooms. Good beds and great shower. '

'The exercise room had state of the art equipment with wide range of stuff. Breakfast was kinda basic I j have better at other hotels in their line but staff was friendly, it was clean and in a good location.'

'Prima hotel, vriendelijk ontvangst, kamer net gerenoveerd, met goed bed en douche. Inclusief basis ontbijt. '

'Très propre et personnel accueillant !'

'I unde'

'We were so impressed with our stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel shuttle was very convenient to take to the airport and areas within a 5 mile radius. The breakfast was good and the hotel looked modern and clean.'

'The lobby was presentable. However beyond the lobby we were disappointed with the appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of the hallways snd the room. Not what we would expect from Hilton Garden inn Jax Airport.'

'Ongeïnteresseerd personeel. Kamers zien er beter uit dan dat ze in werkelijkheid zijn. Gebarsten los liggende tegels voor het keukenblokje. Ontbijt was wel goed en goede ligging t.o.v het strand '

'Great hotel with authentic character and charm. This is a historical property so don't expect the latest amenities, but the staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. I look forward to staying at the Spencer House again.'

'They charged me twice for the same stay and refused to refund. No explanation as to why there was a double charge for a one night stay. Didn’t even stay there a full 24 hours, maybe 10 hours at most.'

'Mooi hotel in oud schoolgebouw, nette kamer, lekkere douche. Licht ontbijt, nabij centrum. '

'The room smelled like a dirty musty basement. They got me another room, same smell... thought i could deal with it, but then found a few hairs in the bed and I was just so disgusted that I left and got a refund. Don't book here. There's so many other places in the area that dont have rooms that smell like the inside of a moldy boot. It's not the weather, it's tbe building, the carpets, the walls, etc.... hilton should be embarrassed to call this a hilton property. Smh'
