The positives about this rental is it’s a large home with big bedrooms that are nicely furnished. The pool and spa are lovely and the lanai is large with a seating area. The neighborhood has sidewalks and you can walk to a park area. There were several issues with this rental. You have to contact the host to get the pool heated which is time consuming and complicated. The kitchen has very few dishes/utensils…two wine glasses and six water glasses. If you have a party more than two you’ll need to bring your own. There were no supplies like dish soap or garbage bags. The barbecue grill does not have a propane tank, so you’ll need to bring that too. The tv did not work and the pool bathroom was locked during our stay. The toilet in one of the guest rooms leaked and had to be turned off by us. All of these issues were communicated to the host with no resolution.
