'Be warned that even tho you can book thru Expedia the property chastised me in capital letters to never communicate thru Expedia. Perhaps put that in the listing. Also the kitchen had 2 forks and spoons only. The pictures look nicer than it is'

'Lovely relaxed place, “shabby chic” and priced correctly. We loved the space, and the environment especially the quiet beach side area. Perfect location for Paia bars and shops.'

'The staff was nice. Has the illusion of a secured area with locked fencing from the road but car was broken into even with a 24 hour staff presence. Our room was relatively clean but a lot of bugs and spiderwebs inside the room. Honestly been to Maui quite often and would never stay here again or recommend to any friends to stay. A lot of potential but certainly not worth the price.'

'Beautiful property, well maintained, great pool and lounge area, fairly private beach, reasonably priced, close to OGG airport with free airport shuttle every hour, the adjacent restaurant is very good, excellent breakfast.'

'Nice location, we had an overnight stay after a 12 hour travel day. Food trucks next to the location are delicious. Highly recommend.'

'The Historic Wailuku Inn was absolutely lovely! The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated beach towels being provided. Free parking was also a plus! The biggest perk was Ian the chef! He was incredible!!! His food was delicious and he was so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed getting to know him and all the care he took in providing for the guests. Ian was truly the cherry on top!'

'The AC is really loud that I couldn't fall asleep at night. Also we understood it's a condo and kept quiet all the time, but the neighbors upstairs was running and jumping very early in the morning. Our ceiling was trembling....Other than the noises, we liked the beach towels and beach chairs provided.'

'We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The junior suite was spacious, clean and provided a view on the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and cool boxes are available to take to the beach. There is also a jacuzzi and small pool. Overall, a great stay in a quiet area of Maui.'

'The room was rather small. Limited furniture other than beds. Bathroom was also small and very dated. Beds were verycomfortable though.'

'Nona Lani Cottages are cute cottages in a wonderfull garden setting. The beach is just across the road. The owner is a lovely lady who is friendly and very helpfull. I like that it is a local business and not part a big company. If you are looking for privacy, amazing flowers, and some nice relaxing time, the cottages are a great choice. '

'Bonus was there were beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. We only used two chairs as our family were busy snorkeling or boarding away while 1-2 sat out and rested. Clean, right down from beach park 3...stocked pantry got some add-ons and pots and pans enough to allow us making most of our meals. Great times and great communication from host. Thanks! Lucas'

'Net hotel met comfortabele kamers, lekker bij het strand gelegen. Op loopafstand diverse restaurant en voorzieningen. De kamers zijn aan de kleine kant, maar dit ligt ook aan het type dat je reserveerd.'

'Best area, almost in the wilea area,by the beach, have beach access, newly renovated rooms, room good for 2 people. Will definitely stay here again .. you save a lot for a cozy place without the wilea price..'
