'Everything was clean and the rooms were good'

'Only thing was that I paid for a “water veiw” cabin and it had the view of the parking lot. Otherwise, a nice stay.'

'Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again.'

'The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful.'

'Room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave were nice to have. MWe were there for a quick overnight stay on our way to see family, so didn’t need many of the amenities. Would definitely stay again.'

'Tv remote didn’t work. Toilet was difficult to flush. Shampoo/soap dispensers didn’t work. Shower head had hidden shutoff that was challenging to figure out. Room was extremely noisy.'

'The sink didn't drain. They have apet policy that stays you can't leave your animal. A dog barked non stop all night! Trash laying all around outside. At 7 a.m. the dog was left again and woke us up gosling. Breakfast was a joke! The oj was water, none of the stuff had been stirred, there was no fruit or yogurt. I would never stay again'

'The Pine Lake resort has deteriorated since I stayed a year ago. The only amenity is a breakfast. No coffee machine n the room. The coffee and water sitting out is not maintained. There is no room maintenance on a daily basis. There is no ice machine. No access to a computer. The staff which are few appear to be sitting on a cell phone and/or outside on breaks. I will no longer stay there unless new management brings it up to standard.'

'Loved the continental breakfast. Pool was cold, and had stuff floating in it. Not very appealing. Was disappointed with that.'

'The room was amazing. It was larger than expected, clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed. The staff were amazing. I would highly recommend and will be planning another stay next time we are in the area! Thank you for an awesome experience!'

'Checking in was awful as they tried to sell us a more expensive room with all kinds of excuses. Fine if you want to upgrade us for free, but don’t start with all the nonsense. The rooms are in need of an update. Would not stay here again.'

'It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay.'

'It was, moldy and smelled awful had to open the door in mid winter to air the place out. The bed was broken, or at least the mattress had massive wear it was lopsided. Had th stack pillows underneath, midway through I just went out and slept in my car.'

'The lobby looked very nice and clean. That was about it. Once we got to our room there was a wad of hair on the night stand, thick dust build up on the vent in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and the chair was extremely stained and gross. If you get breakfast they have a note that states that they will charge you a fee if you bring any of it back to your room to eat, very inconvenient. Our keys stopped working the morning (830ish, check out is 11) we were...

'The property was clean and decorated nicely with antiques, etc and sat on a nice area with trees and pretty views. The staff was ok, though not overly friendly compared to other places we have stayed. We liked that coffee was available 24/7. There is not an elevator so if you have heavy bags, you will want to stay on the main floor.'

'Comfortable bed, pillows sheets. No body wash in shower. Probably would decline this particular room near gym/pool a little loud.'
