Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Great Condo Unit/Facility is lacking

The unit itself was great. Cleanliness was top notch! The facility however needs major cleaning to the front condo doors. The pool area was cleaned but not skimmed during the time we stayed. Many owners/renters were complaining about that. Also, parking should be included in the price of the rental unit when you are paying over 4,000 for the week.

One of the BEST rental properties we have stayed in. The condo is BEAUTIFUL and has plenty of room. All modern appliances, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was the most well equipped and organized I have ever seen in a rental. Would definitely recommend this property for your next beach getaway !!

The property overall was very nice. The price per night was a little on the high end. The beds were hard as a rock. I realize that everyone is different when it comes to mattress comfort but, you should at least have a medium mattress for all beds to meet in the middle for your guest. Those mattresses were no different from just sleeping on the tile floor.

Great getaway with a view

We loved our vacation condo. The balcony overlooks the gulf and there is a balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the bay side. The beach was fabulous! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Had an amazing and relaxing time! The Phoenix Condos never disappoint. This is our 3rd time staying in Orange Beach with our grandkids and we always have a beautiful ocean view and we love the east beach access and relaxing pools.

This was a “girls trip”, so my response to this review is solely based on their comments. Great Location Amazing Views. The HIGH RISE condo is located right on the beach Gulf side, just keep in mind this is 1 of Many this size so it will be HUGE. The room was decorated nice and the bedrooms were spacious and kitchen was well equipped for our family and friends.

Fall Break

Bad timing of repairing boardwalk during school fall break forcing us to use next building access. Kitchen well supplied but need to add waffle maker and 2 large and 1 small crockpot to kitchen description as we hauled both down. Otherwise it was a great space with a beautiful view for us. Beds comfortable with good sized rooms.

Gorgeous View and Adorable Condo!

This condo absolutely lived up to the photos and was stocked with kitchen items way more than I expected. I took my two boys there for a few days over fall break and we had a great time. Definitely worth the extra money to get a place on a higher floor, and this particular place was also comfortable and adorably decorated. The condo building itself feels like it needs some updates, but it absolutely suited us perfectly for a few days.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Just a couple of things....when checking under the beds for any belongings while packing to leave, I noticed lots of dust. You may want to clean under the beds. Also, wine opener did not work so I had to buy another one. These are minor things, but just thought I would point them out. Again, great stay. We'll book again for sure!
