This is a very comfortable, well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Fully stocked kitchen. All linens provided. Conveniently located to the beach, the bay, shopping and restaurants. The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, tiki bar, and a boat ramp and pier. There is also covered parking underneath the unit. 3 night minimum.

For use of the boat ramp and pier
there is an extra charge. Please inquire about this.

Host was great to with work and easy to communicate with. Condo was great for a fishing getaway and had everything we needed. Our boat and truck fit great underneath the unit, and the fish cleaning station was nice for the daily catch. Multiple public boat ramps near by if you donā€™t want to pay the HOA fees.

Great for any occasion!

Super clean condo, had everything you could possibly think of from utensils to hand soap. Easy walk to beach and CoastAL restaurant and bar. Quiet neighborhood with great pool and grills. We will be back!

It was a nice condo! Easy access for our boat. Enough room for a blowup in the living room. Even though it was alittle out dated, definitely worth the price paid for it. We would book again because easy being on the bay and pool was good. Parking was kind of limited.

This 2 BR 2 Bath condo was perfect. Easy to locate. Close to everything. Clean. Covered parking. Pool & tennis courts on site. Could even have brought a boat. Condo manager was easily accessible on phone & text. Would highly recommend!

Good location. Clean and well taken care of. Only real comment is that while it is close to beach access, you have to cross a busy 4 lane road to do so, and there are not really any crosswalks nearby......made it a little more difficult.

Terrible condo

Once checked in my 8 year old found a prescription pill on the floor. The refrigerator leaked onto our food (sandwiches), the kitchen light stopped working, the electrical plug for the t.v. Glitched (had to find an extension cord for that to work), cleanliness of the unit was aweful. The unit itself was like stepping back into the 1970ā€™s for decor and appliances. Worse of all the upstairs unit made noise from 2am-4am nightly. I complained to the property manager and Vrbo host and nothing was done about it. If your looking to rent this unit, please please save yourself a horrible vacation and find somewhere else to rent. You 100% will regret staying here. Personally I will NEVER stay in this unit ever again. Hopefully you take my advice.

Nice Property, only a few drawbacks

Property listing is accurate. Host, responded quickly. If condo is being used above, expect to hear every bump, an thump you can think of. We experienced WiFi issues, that the host offered to resolve on our last day which we declined. I was also offered to contact the internet company myself, for install instructions which we declined. We didn't have a kitchen light, which was offered to be repaired as well on our last day, which we declined. We'd been improvising the past 3 days, so a 4th wouldn't hurt. The pool area was great. The house was clean. They have a few beach chairs you can use, if needed. You do have to cross a busy 4 lane highway to get to the beach area. There is not a dedicated beach entry for you to utilize. We just cut through a condo parking garage. Also I noticed other units had outside water utilities to hose off the beach sand. This unit did not provide one. Parking was great. Both bathtub faucets should be replaced as they were extremely hard to turn off. Also, the front door is concerning as it was difficult to enter. The keypad door look is worn, had to enter lock code multiple times. Also, the balcony above leaked cigars, and beer down so be careful while hanging out on the deck, no fault of property owner. Lastly, the pillows have protective covering so it sounds like your wallowing in plastic. I suggest bringing your own. I'm big on comfort, but I understand why the coverings are utilized. Overall we enjoyed the property.

Spring Break Fishing Trip

We had a great stay. We are a fishing and boating family of 4 and I stay in these condos because of the onsite boat ramp and boat slips that are available. Condo is "as advertised" nothing fancy but that's perfect for us.

You have to cross 4 lanes to get to the beach, but wasnā€™t a problem for us. The condo was clean and comfy. Loved the recliners. Great location, It was only 3 miles away from the flora-bama-my favorite place :) We had a great stay.
