This gulf front condo provided views for stunning sunrises and sunsets. The deck allowed for beautiful gulf views and sounds of the waves. We would definitely stay in this wonderful c9ndo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the Sandpiper for 20 years now with typically at least five other families, and we have really enjoyed it. They have always been very receptive to the needs of the guests and are always very helpful if any situation arises. The view is spectacular with the shape of the condominium. Front office does an amazing to make sure that everything is taken care of. It is an open condominium, so you do share space/interact with other families and overlook the pool (Depending on your condo). We really appreciate the Bender Office workers with their help and efficiency. Our condo is wonderful, clean, and updated.

Reviewer Comments: We've been going to Sandpiper for more years than I can remember and always have a great time. 6C has become our favorite condo on the property. It's well stocked with everything we need. The kitchen update done this year is great. Only bad thing about it is the oven takes 20-30 minutes to preheat. The other update needed is the bed in the main bedroom. The one now is very noisy everytime you move. Everything else is is great, though.

It was very convenient to go shopping and out to eat. There are so many restaurants around to pick from. We went to Toby Keith's restaurant at The Wharf in Orange Beach. It was so good that we went there twice during our stay. It is so beautiful there that i would recommend this place to anyone. Looking forward to going back next year!

They had an electrical problem with the Sandpiper complex, and Bender refunded 2 days of rent for loss of the pool and inconvenience while they repairs were made.

The entire condo was very nicely decorated. The only problem is that the reclining chairs leg rest would not stay up so that one could recline in them. We were not able to get the music system working for some reason.

While it is one of the oldest complexes on the beach, a lot of the units have been remodeled. That being said, a lot of the newer condos are a lot nicer. Sandpiper is a family friendly place and is enjoyable as long as parents make their kids follow the rules. Our children are grown now but they grew up at Sandpiper and we always had them follow the rules. The week was great, a lot of good families, and we enjoyed the beach and grilling time.

Beautiful ocean view and beach access. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment within 5-10 minutes. This was our 2nd annual trip to stay at these units and we definitely will be back!
