Unstressed is exactly how guests will feel in this new 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home which features ample living space with two expansive floors and over 2000 square feet in the prime West Beach area of Gulf Shores.  Located in the new Pass Time Community, Slackwater is just steps from both the Gulf beach and a local favorite beach Little Lagoon Pass. This low-density community has a sparkling pool shared by only nine homes! With the pool and the large community fishing pier just outside, guests can experience what Gulf Shores has to offer without leaving their home! If activity is your thing, Slackwater is just a five-minute drive to the center of town for dining, shopping, and entertainment. 
 
About Slackwater

Slackwater is the perfect beach home for your large family or even multiple families, with ample space for 12 guests and parking for up to 4 cars. On the main level, beautiful beachy decor, a wide open floor plan, and wall-to-wall windows are the cornerstone of coastal elegance. Plenty of seating and an extra-large TV provide an excellent space for entertaining and relaxing all while overlooking the gorgeous Little Lagoon. The fully stocked kitchen has counter space for preparing meals for a crowd and the window overlooking the pool brings the outside in. On the huge covered deck, relax in the captain's chairs and enjoy the breeze! The main floor also features one bedroom with a king-sized bed and TV as well as one full bathroom with a walk-in shower. 
 
Moving upstairs, the huge master suite has a private balcony with plenty of seating and a great view of the water. Sit outside and relax before bed to the sounds of the beach. Guests will also find a TV and an expansive master bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. Across the hall is another king bedroom with a TV and private bathroom. Finally, down the hall is the kids' retreat, a bunk room equipped with a TV, DVD player, private full bathroom, and two sets of bunk beds, one full and one twin to sleep 6.  
 
Outside Slackwater, guests are just steps to a local favorite beach, Little Lagoon Pass. The Pass is the perfect swimming spot for families with children, featuring beautiful white sand, sparkling shallow water, and the perfect location to launch a kayak for a day of fishing. Speaking of fishing, follow the paved walking path to the brand new fishing pier, stretching 100+ feet out over the lagoon, and enjoy a day of reeling them in! Bring a propane tank and grill up your catch on the large gas grill provided for guest use. 

Pool Heating
The pool is heated from March 1 - May 31 and again from September 1 - December 31.
Guests can even access the beautiful Gulf WITHOUT CROSSING A STREET! A few steps beyond the Lagoon Pass beach leads to the sandy shores of the Gulf! Simply follow the walking path below the bridge and find yourself directly on the beach! The prime location of this gorgeous new home along with its expansive interior, sparkling pool, and easy access to TWO beaches and a fishing pier make Slackwater the perfect location for your family vacation.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
