This property was nice but it reeked of cigarette smoke. we noticed it when we first came in downstairs and when the AC and heat kicked on, it got worse. We spent most of our time away from the unit except for the days when it was raining or cold and we had to endure the smell. When we got home, all of our clothes had to be washed as they stunk of the cigarette smoke. I checked the listing and it said this was a no smoking rental. Obviously, this has not been abided by. Sirius cleaning is needed of the air ventilation system to read this property of the smoke smell Country. We tried to use the gas grill but the igniter wouldn’t work. We did contact the leasing agent and they asked if they could come out and fix it, but we were not there and would not allow them to come in our unit. We just cooked inside. The property also had some water damage in one of the bathrooms downstairs, which I reported to the leasing agent. This is a great property for a large family, providing they don’t mind the cigarette smoke. I hope you can get this addressed as it will make the stay better for the next Guest
