Our Phoenix VII, 14th floor condo offers breathtaking views of the white sand beach and beautiful waters of the Gulf! Our beachfront balcony lets you enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim, and the boats coming through Perdido Pass into the Gulf. From the Gulf front master suite you can hear the relaxing sounds of the surf.

Registration is easy at the on site check-in desk staffed 24/7 for your convenience. You will receive your room key and 1 private parking space in the parking garage at check-in.

Extra parking Pass must be purchased Before check-in, you will have to purchase Your extra PARKING PASSES on line before arrival so they will be waiting for you when you check-in at PHOENIX VII. (10 days or less $55 per car, ( lot parking only ) garage parking cost more and charged by the day.

This is a non-smoking, non vaping building. Smoking & Vaping are not allowed in condos or on balconies. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

Pets are not allowed in any rental unit or on beach.
