We loved everything about this place! Only downside was thr elevators, they were questionable every time we got on; bouncy, sounded like a cable was fixing to snap, and just a little janky. They do need to update them.

Review of property!

We were extremely happy with our stay at this condo. The condo was exactly as pictured online and we were given clear instructions for check in and check out and they even gave us tips on things to bring so we wouldn’t have any surprises! We had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and the pool was amazing. Our kids loved it! This is the first stay somewhere that I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Look forward to coming back next year!

Absolutely loved Dunes 602! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable! Literally felt like home away from home. The whole place felt safe.(unlike some beaches/properties I've been to) I will most definitely be going back!

A very nice condo. Had a beautiful view even though we were at least three rows back.Just big enough for me and my husband. The only downside was how far away it is from anything. If you like to just chill it is a perfect place.

Very quiet and off the beaten path

If you are looking for a stay that is "in the scene" this is not for you. This place is a very quiet, gated community, resort style community that is kind of secluded amongst other rental houses. The pictures were deceiving about the view but it was still very pretty. You can either walk about a half mile down the private gated road or drive around to the gated entry and drive down there to the beach. I would definitely recommend a beach wagon! The pool was nice as was the hot tub and gym, but hours were only 8a-8p, which in the summer time for the kids that don't like or can't enjoy the ocean waves or sun, is not open long enough. I would recommend opening it back up til 10p. There is also a security guard that walks the perimeter at intervals to ensure everyone's safety and enforce rules. Everyone was very friendly. They have tents, umbrellas, and chairs that are rentable on the beach. Advise: rent them for the time you are there, not by the day. Now, plan on it being about $200 for the week, give or take a little bit for the number of chairs you need. Take your own toilet paper and paper towels, or just buy everything (food) at the Walmart at gulf shores. You will have to plan on driving about 20-30 mins for anything convenient or to go to the store but it's doable. Check the times and prices for the ferry ride. You may only take it once or twice during the stay to do some activities on dauphin island. We had 5 people and it was $42 one way and $18 coming back. There's a ferry about every 45 mins, but one hauls 28 vehicles and one hauls 18, so you may not make it Everytime you are in line. Areal Restaurant suggestion: mellow mushroom (pizza, Foley AL) pirate's (dauphin island), the crab trap (Perdido key), and McGuire's (Pensacola). Perdido key has tons of souvenir shops, esp souvenir city. Needless to say we enjoyed our stay!

Great Little Condo!

This condo has everything you need. The view from the balcony is great for not being beachfront. Everything was clean and worked properly. Let the owners know if you plan on taking two cars. Had to buy another parking ticket from the security staff. Overall great condo and incredible price!

Excellent place to stay for my family. Very clean and loved the pool. The beach was a short walk and I loved that I could take my dog with me. It was perfectly out of the way of all the tourists and Covid 19 issues 😍

Great condo

I have stayed at many places mostly high rise condos in Gulf Shores/Orange beach area. This is is a smaller condo and has a very homey feeling. Many owners live here year round. I met 4 of them and they were really kind. Fort Morgan is a little bit of a drive about 30 min to town but I didn’t mind because the area is more secluded and the beach less populated. But if you need things to do everyday then probably think of staying in Gulf shores. Loved the unit we were in. The view off balcony is beautiful. Walk to beach is easy and not far at all. If I could buy a condo and live here I would. It’s just got a lot of nice people who live here.

Perfect week spent at this lovely condo!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely condo! Management was in constant contact; although we had absolutely no issues. The condo is well-stocked with anything you might need while away from home. The furniture throughout was super comfortable, and the bed was super comfortable! The view from the balcony was so enjoyable and the short walk to the beach was an easy one. My husband and I were alone but there was plenty of room in this great spot for four more people. We highly recommend this condo for your next vacation! PERFECT!

Swimming Pool

The condo was perfect! It had everything we needed. The view was beautiful. The only negative is the swimming pool. On Friday, the pool had so much hair in it that I couldn’t pull my hand out of the water without hair sticking to it. The rest of the time, the pool was clean, however I was pretty grossed out by my experience on Friday that I made the kids go in before I would to make sure the hair problem was solved. It was and we swam quite a few more times.
