Listing Description:
Beachfront upper unit near historic Fort Morgan, a 2-minute boardwalk walk to the Gulf, with a shared designer pool with waterfalls just below. Five bedrooms sleep 20 (two kings, a queen, a twin bunk room and a bunk room with three full-over-full bunks) with 4.5 baths, all living on one floor. Two fridges, two dishwashers, two ovens, two washer-dryer sets, a covered balcony over the Gulf and 1 Gig fiber Wi-Fi. Pair it with Oyster House B1 downstairs for groups up to 40.

The Space:
THE UNIT
The upper unit of the white building. Like every home here it sits on pilings; take the stairs or the shared elevator up, and once inside, all living is on one floor. Custom built and detailed, and roomy enough for several families. The kitchen has two dishwashers, two ovens (one convection), an electric stove, two fridges with ice makers, microwave, Keurig Duo, toaster, blender, air fryers and crockpots, plus a wet bar and a big dining table. Two sets of washers and dryers. Two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a small room with a twin-over-twin closet bunk, and a bunk room with three full-over-full bunks; four full baths and a half bath. Smart TVs come loaded with streaming apps, and there is 1 Gig fiber Wi-Fi with mesh throughout plus a printer. A shared elevator runs from the parking level; it works with a key and has to be run exactly as posted, or it trips a breaker in a locked room. If that happens, message us and we will send the reset steps.

POOL & BEACH
The designer pool with waterfalls is shared by the four units on the property. It is not heated and is open all year, and the covered patio a few steps away lets you keep an eye on the kids. A boardwalk over the dunes takes you to the beach in about 2 minutes. The closet outside the main door has a limited supply of beach towels, umbrellas, a cooler and games (it changes, so bring extra if you can); please leave them there at checkout.

OUTDOORS
Covered balcony looking over the Gulf, an outdoor shower, and a shared propane grill at the bottom of the building (we supply the propane). It is rust resistant, but the salt air destroys everything, so while the outside may look great, the inside could have some rust. It is a good idea to put your food on aluminum foil inside the grill. Each unit has its own grilling utensils as well.

THE AREA
Tacky Jacks is right across the street, Fort Morgan Marina runs deep-sea and inshore fishing charters, Sassy Bass is 6 minutes away for Navy Cove oysters, historic Fort Morgan is 5 minutes away and the Dauphin Island ferry is 4 minutes away. Kiva Dunes golf is 8 minutes away and Peninsula Golf & Racquet 19. This is a quiet, remote stretch, perfect for a family getaway: downtown Gulf Shores is 18 miles (plan on about 30 minutes each way), Foley about 45 minutes, and the nearest Walmart 19 miles (it does grocery pickup and delivery).

Guest Access:
The whole upper unit of the white building is yours (except the locked owner closet in the master); the pool and boardwalk are shared with the other three units. Covered parking under the building plus open spaces nearby, plenty for a big group. Need more room? Oyster House B1 downstairs also sleeps 20 (book both for up to 40), and Escapades A2 nearby sleeps 20 more.

Other Things to Note:
-Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM.
-You must be 25 to book.
-Included: all linens and bath towels, a stocked kitchen, plus a starter supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, trash bags and cleaning products. Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other toiletries, plus extra paper products, laundry detergent, sunscreen and extra beach towels.
-No pets. No parties or events. No smoking inside. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
-One outdoor security camera covers the driveway; there are no cameras inside.
-The master bedroom closet is locked for owner storage.
-The pool is shared and not heated.
-Trash goes in the Waste Management dumpster on site.
-Month-to-month stays are available; message us. No refunds for weather.
