Four Winds 703 is a one-bedroom, one-bath Gulf-front condo on the 7th floor in the heart of Orange Beach, close to all area attractions.

Unit amenities:

• Balcony access from the living room

• Tile flooring throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for four and four additional barstools

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living area has a sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Hallway alcove with twin bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)

• Keyless entry for quick check-in/check-out

• Parking: One car is included automatically. Maximum two cars allowed. Additional passes are $50 + tax per car (contact us to add)

Smoking Policy: Smoke-free building. No smoking, vaping, or smokeless tobacco within 25 feet of the building (including balconies). Designated area provided on the NE corner of the parking lot.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

The bathroom was dirty - had to leave and buy Clorox wipes to clean counter top, floor was dirty and toilet was way too low - seat was cracked, there was no ice and ice maker did not work. Coffee maker did not make hot coffee - had to heat in microwave. TV box had to be replaced - could not watch football on Saturday. Someone came and changed it out but it took almost 2 hours so that was an inconvenience.

Absolutely loved our stay! The bunk beds were not the comfiest according to the kids and the people above us kept us up a few nights, but over all our stay was great. We didn’t have one of our parking passes when we checked in and they responded very quickly and had it bright to us with in the hour. We will definately be back.

Stay was good overall! Building is very small (about 9 floors/36 units) which we liked due to easy access to beach, parking, and elevator. Not much in terms of building amenities, just a small pool. Great location in Orange Beach- can walk to a few restaurants including Ruby Slippers. Perfect floor level to beach watch. Condo felt a little dated but furniture was nice. We did have a maintenance issue with the shower on day 1 or 2 that I reported via text through trip. Didn’t get a response until later the next day, said they didn’t know how long it would take to have someone out. Never heard from them again about it. I’m pretty sure I saw the same maintenance issue on another review.

Arrived and property was ready. Walked in to a clean living space. Right away, noticed the beach view was amazing. Comfortable bed, bathroom was clean and kitchen was well appointed. This made for a reaxing, enjoyable stay.

When we got there it smelled like mold or mildew was horrible the next day after me complaining over and over they finally came in and put odoban through the air conditioner and then it was ok but I won’t be staying there again the kitchen faucet was about the fall off there were holes in one of the doors just not for us , we like better quality

Nice place to stay, but a little out dated

This was our first time going to Orange Beach. This condo was good for the price, but it could use some updating. The neighborhood was amazing and very close to everything! Great view of the beach. Checking in was super easy. Our fire alarm went off multiple times over 2 days. We called both days, but they only put in a work order for maintenance once. I think this condo would do better not being manage through iTrip, if they have a choice. The patio furniture is starting to fall apart and both TV's are outdated and you either can't use the apps on the smart TV or they're very slow. All in all, if you're wanting to stay at orange beach for cheaper it's nice and perfect for couple or small family.

Nice enough, but you get what you pay for.

I’m torn on the review because on one hand it was pretty cheap and very convenient location. However it has some down side. Let’s start in the master as the bed was probably the loudest bed I have even slept on. If you switch from side sleeping to back sleeping, you’re going to wake everyone in your condo unit. If you lay down on the bed, you’re waking the unit next door . Also the window in the bedroom has a light close to it and the blinds do not block the light. So the entire room was lite ALL NIGHT LONG. There was a brown blanket there we draped over it. Next we move to the restroom which had great shower pressure and HOT water, however, the rim around the top of the shower was covered in a layer of dirt, fairly thick, and the showerhead was pretty filthy with rust and corrosion. The rest of the unit was as advertised and had a good view with the easy access to the beach. Honestly, if it wouldn’t been for the bed and the window, I would rate this unit.9/10

Amazing Sights

We had an amazing time as we got to see so much wildlife from the balcony and the beach here ....There were Dolphins and Manta rays crabs and all sorts of birds....The extra fun credits were amazing also a added bonus to the trip we used them for fishing and a dolphin cruise...location was amazing just sad we didn't have more time to see it all.

Amazing condo

This was the cleanest condo we have stayed at. The view is beautiful. The first day we had problems with the ice maker and when we reported it the next day it was fixed. Great correspondence with them. I would highly recommend staying there. We are going back next year!!

Good for a quick getaway

The location and view was 10/10. There are some definite updates needed. But the guest bed was horribly uncomfortable. The mattress, sheets, and pillows… but for a quick little getaway it was fine for us. I would stay in the condominium again, but not this specific unit.

Pros:They property looked like the pictures. The short walk to the beach was great. The bed was comfortable Cons: The place had a bad smell. The property manager returned our call quickly, said that old buildings have a musty smell and sent someone to spray air freshener. That didnt last. We bought air freshener and sprayed often. The bathroom is tiny! Tiny for 2 people tiny. The bed has a very loud squeaking sound. There weren’t any plastic cups or containers at all. Not one, so bring your own. The procedure for leaving says to wash and put away dishes. I hope most people would be honest and actually clean dishes before putting them away but I found it strange to leave this cleaning practice to the guests. I think the cleaning staff should handle that like all the other cleaning processes they say they do. We had a good time in spite of all these things but we wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Mini Spring Break

We decided to take a last minute spring break and found this listing that was very reasonably priced considering the location and the season. We were overall very happy with our stay and had everything we needed. The biggest issue that we had was that internet/wifi was very slow and we were unable to stream anything on the bedroom tv. I saw in the check-in instructions that we could call the internet provider ourselves, however it wasn’t worth the waste of time for just a couple night stay. Other than that the only suggestion would be to get sheets for the master bed that actually fit and stay on the mattress. It is a little unsettling when you wake up and realize you are sleeping straight on the mattress that lots of people you don’t know have also slept on. There were also no sheets for the sofa bed so we had to cover it with blankets we brought from home. Overall, it was a great stay mad allowed us to spend time in one of our favorite places. We would stay again, especially for a reasonable rate!

Weekend Getaway

We have been so busy over the last several months and was just needing to get away. Four Winds is near and dear to our hearts beings that it is the first place that we stayed on our very first beach trip ever. It brought us so many memories from when we stayed with our kids back in 2009. The atmosphere is amazing and the check in process and the convenience of the beach is fantastic! We highly recommend it! Very clean!!!
