Great Beach House Stay!

This property gave our family a wonderful beach vacation. It is located just far enough out of town to have a private vacation but yet close enough to enjoy everything Gulf Shores has to offer.

Great place to stay!

We were really very pleased with this house. The shallow water in the lagoon was great for small children, and the gulf was only a short walk across the street. We loved the views of the lagoon from the main living area. There was a lot of room for a large family, and we would definitely stay here again.

Only missing a pier! Everything else was amazing! Plenty of room and amazing views over the lagoon in the morning.

This house was wonderful! My best friend and I took a trip with our two boys who love to fish. They walked out in the water from sun up to sun down.

Spring Break High School Softball Tournament

House was clean, beds were comfortable. Great view of lagoon and has nice area of beach with shallow water you can walk out and enjoy the water. There were a couple issues that were addressed promptly. Wi-fi showed it was connected but would not work. Would defiantly recommend this property to any family looking for a quiet relaxed vacation.

Beautiful setting, ample space for our family

Property management were easy to deal with. Addressed issue with dryer quickly. Property could use some updating but over all a nice property. Nice to have pool and water on both sides of house.

Family vacation

This location was ideal for our two grandsons (age 11) that love to fish and play in the ocean. The layout was good. We had no maintenance issues. kitchen needs some upgrading of cookware but was adequate.

A Wonderful Family Time

My adult children and their families joined my husband and me for Thanksgiving! We had a wonderful time, and the beach house made it possible. The room set up was perfect. The lagoon was perfect for playing in the water and finding crab. The pool is not heated, but the kids had fun nonetheless. There were a couple of little problems, but the management team took care of them asap! It was comfy and just the right size for a crowd. I'd go back again without hesitation!

Overall our stay was great

We had a wonderful time at your property except for a few things. We had no wifi for the whole 5 days, there is mold coming out of your vents, and one of the upstairs showers did not work. As soon as your dehumidifiers filled up the whole place felt musty. When we first came into the property all of the doors were unlocked, was just a little worrysome. The addition of the hot tub/pool was wonderful. Overall it was a wonderful experience, just wanted to make you aware of those few things

20 of us ranging from 5 months to 52 years old. House was amazing, and suit our needs. The bay in the back, and pool in the front met the kids’ needs after splashing in the waves at the short walk to the gulf. Every bedroom with its own bathroom was awesome! Every bedroom with deck access was amazing! I would recommend putting ceiling fans on the decks to help circulate air, especially on the bay side of the house. Plenty of dishes to make our meals. Dryer did take some time to dry clothes and doors were tricky to lock. Other than that, no issues and everyone absolutely loved the space we had for the week! If I visit the gulf again, would definitely inquire of any housing you have, and will definitely recommend this place to stay to other large families! Thank you!

Just okay

Master bedroom downstairs and kids room upstairs had broken handles that did notfifty. That means we were not secure and could not lock all doors. Huge cocktoaches were seen in kitchen and family room. The internet connection did not work most of the time and would not allow all rooms to be connected at the same time.carpet on staircases was filty. Other than that it was nice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was great for access to the beach and bay. All of the bedrooms were spacious with each having own bathroom. The property needs some upkeep. Large blind in the living room would not go up and blocked the view to the bay. The pool was not clean and unusable which was a shame because that was one reason we booked the property. Other minor issues like the refrigerator missing shelves and lights not working. If these issues had been addressed prior to checkin, overall rating would be higher.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at this property. Compared to last year the property had not been maintained very well. The “new” pool was steaming hot and was leaking, the dryer did not work properly, there was mold growing in several areas of the house. The beach for the lagoon area was grown up and covered when grass. The exhaust vents in the bathroom was completely missing. The property management company always responded to text messages but never answered our phone calls. Everything was done via text messages. Needless to say we will not be booking this house again next year.
