The tranquil beach is your best friend here. You can visit the historic Fort Morgan, a great stop for families and history buffs. Nearby you’ll find the local’s favorite restaurants like Tacky Jack’s 2 and Sassy Bass. Fort Morgan Marina will give you a gorgeous bay view and many fishing charter options. Right down the road is a Dollar General for any last minute grocery needs. If you travel about 20 miles east, you will find yourself in Gulf Shores. There you will find many more restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment options. PARKING One parking pass is typically included in the total reservation cost. This complex normally allows 2 cars maximum during peak season. Extra passes may be available at an additional cost subject to availability and HOA policies. Exterior cameras may be present on property for security. No interior cameras. PET POLICY This home is dog-friendly for up to two dogs, 25 lbs max or 1 dog limit 50 lbs. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies, per pet. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG • Dog must be older than 9 months • Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house • Guests must clean up after their dog • No excessive barking Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate eviction of you or your dog with no refund.
