Beachfront Condo Between The Hangout & State Pier ~ Great Location!

This lovely 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and is in easy walking distance to restaurants, the state pier, The Hangout, and other attractions. It offers incredible views of the beach and has a private balcony for relaxing and chilling out.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs. The 2nd bedroom is super large and perfect for kids. There is a full-size washer & dryer in the unit and free Wireless fiber optic internet is provided along with Dish on smart TVs in every room.. The condo is located on the 3rd floor with easy access to the elevator or stairs.

Other amenities include a Smart TV, swimming pool, outdoor shower, nice shaded porch area with lounge chairs and swings, BBQ grilling area, and just a few short steps to the beautiful white sand and the Gulf Of Mexico. Walking distance of Al State Park, biking, fishing etc.

Spent the week for a sporting event. Perfect size for myself, husband, 13 &16 year old. Beds were very comfy. Couch plenty big enough for all of us. All parking is basically front door parking which is great. Perfect view of the fireworks for the 4th of July. Be sure to sit on the baloney between 6a-7a to see the daily visit of the dolphins. Condo is located at the end of the hallway so you don’t have to worry about foot traffic outside of your door. The bedrooms were spaced out so it gave the kids privacy. Kitchen stocked with almost everything you would have at home. Plenty of dishes and silverware. It was nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella at the condo. The location is perfect it’s within walking distance of many restaurants (the kids enjoyed walking to the hangout nightly), souvenir shops, local Walmart is only about 2 miles north (go early morning to beat traffic) Thank you for sharing your place to be our home for the week.

Condo was spacious and facing ocean. I like watching the dolphins from the patio so this was great! Condo provides some extras such as beach chairs. I only use the toaster and coffee pot but there were many kitchen items provided.

Great Frist Trip to Gulf Shores

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, and we loved it! The condo was perfect for four adults. The location was great, we could have walked to several restaurants and shops. Our access to the beach couldn't have been easier. We are already thinking about booking another trip and stay at this condo!

It was a great place to stay- had plenty of amenities and the view was amazing- not to mention how cute the condo was ! There was a communication hiccup regarding parking. We stayed for hangout fest (walking distance- which was a plus!) but Myra and her husband were ultimately able to accommodate us. Check in with them regarding the parking beforehand.

Beautiful condo!!

When you have a family of 5, finding vacation accommodations can be a challenge. But this condo is exactly what we needed! The 2nd bedroom had a bunk with a lower full sized bed AND an additional queen sized bed- perfect for our “kids” (16, 18, and 20). BEAUTIFUL view of the beach and the gulf. It was a way to check in, and when we had an issue with no parking pass, I was able to contact the owners and it was remedied within a day. We loved our stay heee and would definitely rebook!!!
