Located 5.7 miles west of The Hangout along scenic West Beach Boulevard, this home places you away from the crowds and traffic of high-density areas—yet just minutes from Gulf Shores’ dining, shopping, and entertainment.



Not located within a subdivision, the property offers ample parking, added privacy, and a peaceful setting with no close neighbors. Enjoy picturesque views of Little Lagoon from the main living area and the expansive waterfront balcony. The home also features a private sandy lagoon area behind the house, ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the calm waters. Beach access is conveniently located across the street, just one lot to the east.

The kitchen includes granite countertops, a double oven, range, microwave, refrigerator (note: no ice maker), and a drip coffee maker—perfect for gathering after a day at the beach or lagoon.

Guest Access:

Parking Information



The property offers covered parking for up to four (4) vehicles beneath the home, providing convenient and protected parking during your stay. In addition, there is ample uncovered driveway parking available for extra vehicles, as well as space suitable for a trailer or boat, if needed.



Please note that while the garage is accessible for storage and for elevator access, it is not available for vehicle parking at any time. We kindly ask that guests park only in designated areas to ensure clear access and compliance with property guidelines.

This large beach home is secluded and private yet just minutes from all the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer.



Getting Around:

How to Travel in Gulf Shores

Gulf Shores is easy to navigate and offers several convenient ways to get around, whether you’re here to relax on the beach or explore everything the area has to offer.



By Car

Driving is the most common and flexible way to travel in Gulf Shores. The main routes—Gulf Shores Parkway (Highway 59) and West Beach Boulevard—connect you to beaches, restaurants, shopping, attractions, and nearby Orange Beach. Most destinations are just a short drive away, and parking is widely available at public beach accesses, restaurants, and attractions.



Ride-Share Services

Uber and Lyft are available throughout Gulf Shores and are a great option for dining out, events, or evenings when you prefer not to drive. Availability is generally good, though wait times may increase during peak seasons and holidays.



Biking, E-Bikes & Scooters

Many visitors enjoy renting bikes, e-bikes, or scooters for short trips and scenic rides along the coast. These options are ideal for exploring beach areas, local shops, and nearby attractions at a relaxed pace. Sidewalks and bike-friendly areas are available throughout much of the city.



Walking

Gulf Shores is pedestrian-friendly in many areas, especially near public beach accesses, parks, restaurants, and shops. Walking is a great way to enjoy the coastal atmosphere, beach views, and sunsets.





Seasonal Transportation

During peak travel seasons, trolleys, shuttles, or water taxis may be available for special events and popular destinations. Availability varies by season.

House Rules & Important Guest Information

🚭 No Smoking

All properties are strictly non-smoking, including inside the home and on balconies or covered areas.



👤 Age Requirement

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age, and a guest meeting this requirement must remain at the property for the entire duration of the stay. Reservations made under false pretenses will result in cancellation without refund.



📺 Entertainment & Streaming

Smart TVs are provided throughout the home. Guests must log in using their own streaming service credentials. Please remember to log out prior to departure.



🚗 Parking & Arrival Notes

There is ample parking available under the home and in the driveway, accommodating up to eight (8) vehicles, as well as space for a boat or trailer

After visiting the beach, please rinse off under the home to help keep sand out of the living spaces



🐾 Pet Policy (Strictly Enforced)

Dogs are welcome with prior approval only.

Maximum of two (2) dogs

Non-refundable pet fee: $250 per dog

Dogs must weigh 35 lbs or less

Certain breeds are prohibited, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers

No cats, birds, or other animals permitted

Dogs must be leashed at all times, as neighboring homes may also have pets



🏖️ Beach Access (Please Read Carefully)

Guests have authorized private beach access through the neighboring beachfront property located at:

2833 W Beach Blvd – “Dear Time” (orange front columns)

Directions:

Walk across the street from the home

Turn left (east) and continue to the second driveway

Walk along the left side of the driveway, pass under the house, and follow the ramp to the beach



DO NOT walk across the dunes at any time



The beachfront home may be rented or occupied by the homeowner, which is completely fine. The owner has granted permission for Lagoon Time guests to use this beach access, and the occupants are aware.



This access is reciprocal: guests at Dear Time may walk along the driveway of Lagoon Time, pass under the home, and use the path to access the lagoon.



Public Beach Option:

The nearest public beach is West Beach Pass, located 2.8 miles east. Cross the bridge, turn left to park, then cross the street or walk under the bridge to reach the beach.
