About A Walk on Sand

Located just steps from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, A Walk on Sand stands tall and offers beautiful views of the beach and bay from its multiple levels of covered decks. Everything about this brand-new luxury home points to the perfect beach vacation for groups of up to 20 guests! Located on a quiet street in picturesque Fort Morgan, A Walk on Sand is only a few seconds walk to the beach! In addition to easy beach access, guests can enjoy a private pool with chairs and a sundeck just off the back steps! There is plenty of shady space under the house to grill, play games, or just enjoy the gulf breezes! Walk on Sand features a private charcoal grill and a fish cleaning station. After a day at the beach or a swim, enjoy the sunset and salt air from one of the home's 4 covered decks with plenty of seating. There are endless opportunities to enjoy all the beach has to offer from outside this gorgeous home!

Inside the home, wide open space is the theme. A unique floor plan allows for living areas on both the first and second floors. On the second floor, guests will notice the beautifully appointed and decorated living space, with floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the view or a movie on the large Smart TV. Conveniently located off the living room is a half bathroom. The living area flows into the dining area with seating for a crowd at the table and the bar, where guests can enjoy dinner with a view from even more windows! Enjoy cooking a meal in the pristine, modern kitchen with granite countertops and a double oven. Also on the second floor are two master suites. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both feature king-sized beds with gorgeous gulf views, wall-mounted Smart TVs, deck access, and private bathrooms with walk-in showers.

An elevator allows for easy access to all floors! 

On the first floor, there are 4 additional bedrooms and a living space/lounge area with a kitchenette. The first-floor lounge area features comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, unbeatable views, and even an arcade game! There is a convenient half bath off this room as well. Also in the lounge area is a kitchenette, perfect for kids or to use as an additional storage/prep area for meals! The first floor also features 4 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 3 features two sets of queen bunk beds to sleep 8, a wall-mounted Smart TV, deck access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Down the hall, Bedroom 4 features two sets of twin bunk beds to sleep 4, a wall-mounted Smart TV and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub shower combo with bedroom 5. Bedroom 5 features a king-sized bed with wall-mounted Smart TV and deck access. Bedroom 6 features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a king-sized bed with wall-mounted Smart TV, and deck access. 

In addition to nearly 4000 square feet of space, no detail has been forgotten at A Walk on Sand. About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
