Edgewater West 23 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor with breathtaking Gulf-front views from the enclosed balcony.

• The enclosed balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring runs throughout the entire unit.

• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining area seats six, with two additional barstools for extra seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.

• The living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.

• The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin bed.

• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry—no long lines required.

• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

The location was lovely but the cleanliness of the condo was not really up to par and the shower in the primary bath did not drain well. We had an issue with the parking passes not being left for us but the host had maintenance deliver them to us. We would stay again and recommend it.

Great Stay! Very nice for families!

This was our first visit. We enjoyed our stay and when a maintenance issue arose it was quickly addressed and fixed. The pool was nice and well kept. Right on the beach. Great discounts for our dolphin cruise and zoo tickets and other activities. Beautiful view from our lovely glassed in balcony. It’s also nice that there is a sign on the beach side by the bridge showing the address and name. At night when we went crabbing on the beach we looked for the orange lights on the bottom and the sign to find our way back. Plenty of beds and space for a comfortable visit.

Our stay was located on the beach. The room was clean and the staff kept the property clean. We LOVED our view and we were able to watch our grandsons swim. Perfect room and location.

Things/thoughts for improving

Beds in small bedroom broken and very uncomfortable, remotes need to be replaced, tv in small bedroom didn't work unless you did it manually. Sofa comfortable but other furniture was not comfortable.

this was a nice place, had only two issues. Toilet seat in the bathroom that was connected to the hallway and 2nd bedroom had only one bolt and shifted and rocked when using and the toilet paper holder in that same room was broken. Everything else was very good. Great view, easy access and clean.

The condo was great, it fit our family of 4 perfectly. We all enjoyed the enclosed balcony and watching the dolphins from there. The communication was great and we had no probelms at all.

Dirty, Unkept, Gross

This was without a doubt the worst VRBO experience I’ve ever had. When we struggled gaining entry to property, I called the property manager, but no one answered. They text me the next day asking if I ever got in. We did, thankfully, but what if we hadn’t?! We spent the first night cleaning the condo. It was filthy. Floors and counters were covered in sand and sticky in places. The bathrooms were disgusting. Visible signs of mold and grime. Multiple electrical outlets do not work. The overhead lighting is terrible; they rely on lamps to light the condo, but some of the lamps didn’t work. The TV mounted to the living room wall is literally hanging at about a 30 degree angle. The patio furniture, which was very dusty, was covered by what appeared to be moving blankets. The dishes are kept in open cabinets, and they were put away wet. The ceiling fans were caked in dust, and it took me a while to figure out that you have to manually turn on the water heater in order to get hot water.
