  • Deze 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers bevindt zich op de 4e verdieping in een complex met lage dichtheid. De 1e slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, balkon toegang, 42 inch flatscreen-tv, dvd-speler en master bad met een bad en aparte inloopdouche. De 2e master suite beschikt ook over een kingsize bed, een 32-inch flatscreen-tv en een bad met inloopdouche. Er is een kingsize bed in de 3e gastenkamer, evenals een 32 inch flatscreen-tv en dvd-speler. Er is voldoende zitruimte in de woonkamer met 2 banken en een liefdesstoel, prachtig uitzicht op de golf, 42 inch flatscreen-tv en toegang tot het grote privé balkon.

    De volledig uitgeruste keuken wordt volledig gerenoveerd en beschikt over roestvrij stalen apparaat, granietbalken en grote ontbijtbar. Deze eenheid slaapt in totaal 8, waarbij een slaapbank een slaapbank heeft. Eenheid heeft een full size wasmachine en droger en gratis Wifi.

    Casa Del Sol complex beschikt over faciliteiten: buitenzwembad, barbecue, overdekte zitgedeelte met tafel en stoelen onder het complex en een gazebo aan het zwembad.

Perfect location!

We had an amazing vacation staying at this location. The property was clean and the kitchen supplies at this condo were the cleanest anywhere we have have stayed. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely worth it.

The steam shower was my favorite place aside from the actual beach. We loved our time here and hope to be back again!

30th Anniversary

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We appreciated all of the suggestions of things to do. Beds were comfortable & anything we needed, it was there. Would definitely go back!

Great Rental (Nice Patio, Comfy beds, spacious interior)

The condo was well stocked, very spacious, and clean. Great location. We loved the patio and the high-up patio chairs (and they were super comfy!) Beds were also very comfortable. Definitely recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time. Condo is clean and loved that all linens are washed and cleaned after each stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. we had adults and children under the age of 6 and there was plenty of room. the time of year was perfect!

Great place have stayed in the same Condo for 3 years straight.

Everything was beautiful, the deck could use a little more TLC on the chairs. Needed to be cleaned a little better. Everything else was wonderful. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Super clean Fourth floor unit, huge balcony with beautiful Unobstructed View of the beach, comfortable beds, great location, close to everything in Gulf Shores, Well stocked kitchen, and a great price. What more could you ask for?

We had a great family vacation and enjoyed the proximity of the beach. It is hard to tell from pictures exactly how big rooms are vs when you actually see them in person. While master bedroom was a great size the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were a bit cramped and did not have anywhere to really put luggage etc. Kitchen is large and stocked with most items but pans need to be updated and knives need to be updated. Freezer drawer was hard to open correctly and ice maker did not work, top portion of refrigerator was missing side shelf and the top of a drawer. Entrance door where deadbolt is located is cracked and we could not lock that portion of door. Parking lot is not large and not meant for larger vehicles. Hard to get in and out of if you have larger vehicles. With a few upgrades to this property we would stay again but going to look at different properties for 2027 family trip.

Great location and condo

Loved the small condominium vs the large scale ones. Never had to wait on the elevator or trouble parking. The condo to the water was not far so that was really nice as well. Our unit was decorated nicely and well maintained. The exterior could us a little touch up but would definitely book again.

Unexpected dehumidifier

There was an unexpected dehumidifier that was running next to a hole in the wall I assume to remedy a leak of some sort. We were not told anything about it so we didn’t touch it but the loudness of the dehumidifier was annoying. Other than that the unit has some paint peel issues and was just average overall but the location is great.

This unit was very nice. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Large balcony. We loved it and would highly recommend this unit.

Favorite place to stay in Gulf Shores

The condo is the most quality stock kitchen we’ve stayed at. Pans, appliances including a Keurig, blender, crockpot, silverware and utensils. Beds are very comfortable with a king in all 3 bedrooms. The view is awesome!

Overall good stay. Just the right amount of time. The main bathroom shower had black mold in the grout that should be cleaned before renting what is otherwise a beautiful condo.

Great experience

The condo was very spacious for our family of six. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication was great and checking in/out was very easy. Great view of the beach and we loved the smaller size of the complex. We would definitely stay here again.

We went with another couple and had an awesome time in Gulf Shores. Wish we would have booked it for longer. The pool water was at a perfect temperature. We did not have any issues with anything.
