Orange Beach Marina and Zeke's Marina (both within 12 miles of this rental) offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and watersport equipment rentals. To start one of the beds was broken and there were no blankets or sheets for the pullout bed. I attempted to preheat the oven to cook breakfast and the heating element caught fire and split in 2. I wasn’t able to cook the rest of our stay and had to eat out way more than we would have liked. Unfortunately even if I could cook there wasn’t any pot holders. The coffee tables leg fell off while we were at the beach. It wasn’t even screwed in. The amount of stains in the carpet was unsettling. On a good note the view and the beach were amazing!!

Spectacular view!

The view is amazing. You can turn the recliner to look and find yourself not wanting to leave. The teeners had a blast! The beach access is literally across the street and down 3 houses. I’m an out of shape mom and made it with no problems. The biggest bummer was we didn’t book more days!!

Wow.

Getting there and checking in was the easiest part! Upon entering and bringing our belongings in we noticed how the condo had not been cleaned. There was trash under both beds as well as behind them. Dishes had to be hand washed due to the amount of food that was left in them and put back into the cabinet. Floors will leave your feet black as night. No way they have been mopped in a very long time. We also noticed bugs in the corners of the walls in the bedrooms. It was a nice condo, but not worth the money spent seeing as how we ended up at Walmart buying cleaning supplies. All they want to do is refund you the cleaning fee which in my opinion they should refund you half of the price it cost to book this place!

Nice location

The condo was not clean; all toilets had rings around them. Shower curtain mildewed. In the kitchen, light over the stove doesn't work, and there weren't any dish rags. The TV in the living room did not work as well has drapes were stained and dirty. All other TVs were 13" and outdated. The carpet was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The bed sheet was nasty. Very outdated.

Unit was nice but cramped. Better instructions on the electronics would have been nice. I felt as if it was over priced and the cleaning and other fees were outrageous. The daily price quoted is so misleading it is comical.

This unit was not cleaned as promised. There was balloons and confetti from the last stay, wall dirty, doors dirty, and the survey showing poor service was still on the fridge from the last person stay. The living room pillows were torn and falling apart. The chair in the bedroom was chewed up. The Towels smelled like vomit and mildew. The comforter was missing off one of the beds. All the furniture was out of place.

Beautiful rental and location

The Condo was great, two small issues we had, but hardly worth mentioning. However, they stated a fitness room was available, but turned out to be only 2 treadmills and an elliptical cycle, no free weights or weights machine, and the Manager’s desk looked like a small tool shed instead of an office. However, the beaches and city were beautiful, flowers all over the place were gorgeous.

This property has a lot of potential. If someone chose to take care of it, it would be wonderful. It wasn't clean and it had a lot of stains on the carpet, walks, and shower curtains. Hopefully your experience will be different but for us, we won't be going back.

Easiest trip I've ever taken!! Kaiser real estate was excellent.. Condo was beautiful and well maintained.. Only issue, the dryer was inop.. Great view, great location, and an excellent value!! I ll b back,
